I'm new to Louisville and needed a mechanic other than the Lexus dealership. I needed a shop that wouldn't cost me an arm, a leg and my first born like the dealership do. Had my C300 serviced by Pullen motors. They changed the oil and did a general inspection and check up. I asked to check the brakes as I had been feeling some vibration in the front drive. They replaced the pads and rotors. Work was done in one day as promised. They are great to work with.

Pullen is the best! The biggest problem I’ve had with other mechanics is lack of communication. Pullen is top notch - they communicated with me every step of the way, telling me exactly what was going on with the car. Their work is excellent, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle!
