Had a great experience at Pullen Motors. The battery in my car was all of a sudden dying overnight and we couldn’t figure out why Pullen was able to diagnose the problem. They got us fixed up and also had some other services performed. Everything runs and drives perfect now thank you

Pullen motors is by far the best VW/Audi and foreign car shop in Louisville. I have owned VW’s since 1980, and sometimes struggled to find a good mechanic. I was recently referred to Pullen and they have been excellent. They are meticulous at their craft and their prices are very reasonable. Their mechanics are true craftsman. I highly recommend them.

I needed a fuel tank pressure sensor - I got a fair estimate on the phone from Taylor, it was ready as promised, and Jordan charged a little less than quoted. I even met a great dane, who was also delightful. Overall, excellent staff and service

Pullen is the best! The biggest problem I’ve had with other mechanics is lack of communication. Pullen is top notch - they communicated with me every step of the way, telling me exactly what was going on with the car. Their work is excellent, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle!

Exceptional service, knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced

We had a problem with a broken rear bumper sensor. Pullen took care of the repair in short order at an affordable price.

Phillip and his team were able to quickly diagnose and resolve various warning lights on my 2008 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
