Excellent customer customer Ruby and Jordan explained cost and alternatives clearly.
Phillip & Taylor Pullen are absolutely the best to work with. We have complete confidence in having our vehicles worked on here. They did a fantastic job with our car. They were very upfront with what the vehicle needed and what the cost would be, but allowed us to decide what we wanted done without pressure. Our…
I'm new to Louisville and needed a mechanic other than the Lexus dealership. I needed a shop that wouldn't cost me an arm, a leg and my first born like the dealership do. I found this shop on Google and the review did not lie. They were very friendly, honest, cost effective and very professional. I think I just found my new mechanic shop!
Pullen has consistently provided quality and conscientious service that is both timely and affordable.
The car has been completely transformed by the work done. Wasn't cheap, but they were big jobs and, honestly, maybe the only time in my life I've spent big money on a car repair and got something back immensely better than expected. VW owners: get your car carbon cleaned. This was my first time here and I'll…

I’ve had Pullen Motors work on my VW Golf TDI on two occasions since I have owned it over the last 5 years. The service is great and the turnaround time was quick. I appreciate how knowledge and honest they are when it comes to the work that is needed.
I waited for service to be performed on my Audi and it didn’t take long. Waiting room was quite comfortable. Their employees are nice. They never upsell, or scare you into having additional work done. I love this place!
Super nice people and very helpful. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I appreciated how honest and respectful they were. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend pullen motors!
Great place to take your vehicle! I’ve taken three different vehicles from two different Mercedes to a 23 year-old Ford ranger truck to get serviced and repaired. The prices are much cheaper than any of the other places that I’ve dealt with… especially Mercedes dealership prices.. What really sets this place apart…
Fantastic shop to deal with! Dillon was able to get my R32 in at the last minute for an AC check up and minor maintenance right before my drive to Wookies in the Woods. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, can’t ask for more in a shop

Excellent customer service. Clear communication and fair pricing. Work done right the first time and in a timely manner.
Had my C300 serviced by Pullen motors. They changed the oil and did a general inspection and check up. I asked to check the brakes as I had been feeling some vibration in the front drive. They replaced the pads and rotors. Work was done in one day as promised. They are great to work with.
Thank you Pullen Motors for your excellent service!
Excellent service and communication. Very quick turn around time. They recently serviced my Audi and now my son’s Mazda. I dropped off his car after hours and picked it up after hours as well. Very convenient.

They’re honest, reliable, and always go the extra mile to get our donated cars ready for the young adults who receive them. We’re so grateful for their kindness and the care they put into every vehicle.
Did an excellent job in checking out my car. Upfront and honest about everything going on.
