Had an oil change done here Friday. Went well and the team there was kind and professional. Ruby and Adam were helpful and kind. They even dropped my car off at my house afterwards despite their busy schedule. I will return for work on my non-warranty eligible vehicles lol.
I'm new to Louisville and needed a mechanic other than the Lexus dealership. I needed a shop that wouldn't cost me an arm, a leg and my first born like the dealership do. I found this shop on Google and the review did not lie. They were very friendly, honest, cost effective and very professional. I think I just found my new mechanic shop!

Great first time experience with oil change
I waited for service to be performed on my Audi and it didn’t take long. Waiting room was quite comfortable. Their employees are nice. They never upsell, or scare you into having additional work done. I love this place!
I am genuinely appreciative of the honest and informative team, those of who I met during my visit were happy to answer a bunch of questions and whatever nonsense inquiries I had. I found Pullen while price checking for an oil change. I will be back for sure and not just for maintenance. Thank you again.

Great place to take your vehicle! I’ve taken three different vehicles from two different Mercedes to a 23 year-old Ford ranger truck to get serviced and repaired.
