Richard was very personable. He was on time within the service window. He called to say he was on his way.
I just watched one of their workers as I drank my morning coffee by the window, spraying by closed garage doors and front doors of our housing complex. He’s pretty lax on how he sprays; some garage doors get 2/3 of the crack length sprayed, some only 2-3 feet gets sprayed🤷

Kevin is very knowledgeable of the work he does. The spraying was initially set up to be for both inside and outside of our home. But from talking to Kevin, he informed us that to do the inside, occupant should leave during the treatment. I told him then to just do the outside and the garage area. He thoroughly sprayed the surrounding of the house, the bottom of the fences, the in-between of the bricks, all around the house and the front area. He said to give it a couple of days and we should not be seeing any more ants inside the house. If we do, to call him and he'll take care of it! We're happy with his service and will refer him to friends and family!
