Sarah is so amazing! She replies to all my emails, fast! We have and will continue to use Pure Comfort for all our HVAC needs and issues.
Pure Comfort has come through again! The HOT July days caused our system blower to go out. Pure Comfort had a technician to our house the very next morning. Travis gave a solid diagnosis of the issue and found our part within 24 hours. He had us back up and cooling in no time! 10/10 service!
A great family owned company, owner takes a personal interest. They are honest and great at what they do. They also have electricians.
Excellent company and customer service from the first call you make to their office to the follow up communication making sure everything is working properly and to expectation after the work is completed. I had to have several repairs made to the AC and eventually an entirely new HVAC system installed. Competitive…
I’ve used Pure Comfort multiple times now for both HVAC and electrical work, and they continue to blow me away with their service. From the very first call, their team is responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. On top of the excellent customer service their pricing is extremely fair. Thank you John!
I am changing my review of Pure Comfort because of their poor communication. I have tried to communicate with them through Next-Door and called the office and got no return call from John or a tech.
Quick service, respectful and courteous technician, and no pushy sales pitch.
Just had a disconnect that was loose. Pushed it in and then checked the charge. It was a little low so they added some refrigerant and all was good again. Very prompt and courteous. Diego explained things well and was every nice. Thorough and showed all of their work.
We had a great experience with Pure Comfort for both heating and cooling work and electrical work. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and very prompt. These guys are awesome!! Quick, efficient, courteous and very professional. I have used them on several occasions and they are always amazing. Easy to schedule service and prompt on arrival. They explain everything in advance so I know what to expect. Diego is very knowledgeable and kind. I will never use anyone besides Pure Comfort!
Diego was a superstar! He explained the issue comprehensively and made sure to emphasize the importance of regular maintenance on my ac unit to avoid future issues. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and super friendly....100% will recommend Pure Comfort to anyone who needs services
Jamie did fantastic job both explaining and repair for job requested.
AC quit blowing air, called Pure Comfort and one of the techs came out on his way home and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Very professional and polite.. Would recommend...
Fantastic fast and professional Service and the tech Diego V was friendly and awsome. Thanks for finding the problem and fixing it fast and not charging me a fortune. It was on the hottest of days that many would have taken advantage. We will suggest these guys every single time for that greatness to others. We Reel Ozark Striper Thank You Big
We recently had an issue with our air conditioning unit, and we immediately called Pure Comfort. They were able to get us an appointment that same afternoon, which was such a relief! Diego came out to our home, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was prompt, respectful, professional, and very…
I just got out of the hospital only to come home to an unbearably hot house. They responded quickly, talked me through every step of the process and Diego was so friendly and professional. Could not recommend anyone else for better customer service and I work in that field.
DO NOT use this rip off outfit. Charged us $667 for a $20 A/C part. Install costs from $110-$350. When confronted he said well we charge for our truck, travel, blah blah BS! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Ok, so like everyone else’s AC units, our house unit has ran hard the last few weeks with these really high temperatures. This weekend with the drop the system really didn’t slow down much! Being able to hear the outside unit run, well a different kind of noise was coming from it. Pure Comfort installed these unit…
We've used this company a couple of times for our business locations. They're professional, quick to respond and are honest. Recently have used them for our home and Steven was very informative and helpful, working quickly, as well as Diego and everyone that came to fix and replace our unit. Highly recommend!
Most amazing service call ever. Troy was the best.
Prompt, clear communication on a Sunday. Courteous service professional. Seemed knowledgeable and was super friendly and explained all questions we asked him! Definitely will be using them again when needs arise.
The gentleman that came and fixed my air conditioning was awesome.
It was good ,didn't try to ripe me off like some company, some company try to sell u a new unit by the time they got out of their service truck.like Anderson. Keep up the good service .
Great experience! So knowledgeable and intentional with ensuring my unit was fully functioning. Appreciate the care behind the service!
AC went out at 1am called Pure Comfort for a service call and less than 15 hrs later Troy and Dustin showed up at our home and discovered our condenser unit had a blown capacitor. Troy and Dustin informed us the contributing factor for the blown capacitor was the condenser cooling fins were completely plugged with…
I was able to get someone to come out right away, Dustin was super nice and honest. Definitely would recommend!
Good customer service, fast service and high recommended.
Our AC stopped working and we had another company out that said we needed to replace the motor ($5500)/ I figured I’d get a second opinion and Pure Comfort came out and pinpointed the problem right away - how the thermostat was configured. No new motor needed and just $59 for the visit. Terrific service!
Troy Bell was great. They got my air up and running lickety split on the hottest day of the year. I'll definitely use their service in the future if needed.
Have used Pure Comfort three times and will continue to use them. Troy was on time, knowledgeable, efficent and personable! Have been completely satisfied!
Diego was friendly and very knowledgeable.
Pure Comfort HVAC is spot on! Their customer service is superb, and their HVAC Techs are professionals part wizard genius. From replacing thermostats between calls, to fixing poor work done by other companies during system installs they can and will do it. They make time for you and get the work done and done right.…
Troy was great! Quickly resolved our AC issues. He was informative and helpful. Will be reaching out to them for any future needs.
They came when they said. They were very reasonable in price. They efficiently triaged our problem.
Very impressed with their response time.
Great customer service and quick AC replacement at a good price. Would recommend! Update: I moved to another home and they came to my location even when I am not really in their service location. I trust no one else with my heating and air as I have had horrible experiences with many other companies. 1000% highly recommend to anyone in the NWA area!!
I called at 10 am when my AC went out. Travis responded so quickly and was at my house literally within 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and got replacement parts ordered AND informed me my unit was still under warranty, which saved me some money. I had called Paschall's initially and they wanted to…
Quick response - which obviously vital when selecting a company to come aid in an out A/C in the hot summer. Quickly diagnosed the issue, located the part, warrantied the malfunctioned part, and got us up and running. Throughout the process, he explained what going on.
