Pure Comfort has come through again! The HOT July days caused our system blower to go out. Pure Comfort had a technician to our house the very next morning. Travis gave a solid diagnosis of the issue and found our part within 24 hours. He had us back up and cooling in no time! 10/10 service!

I am changing my review of Pure Comfort because of their poor communication. I have tried to communicate with them through Next-Door and called the office and got no return call from John or a tech.

Just had a disconnect that was loose. Pushed it in and then checked the charge. It was a little low so they added some refrigerant and all was good again. Very prompt and courteous. Diego explained things well and was every nice. Thorough and showed all of their work.
