I am changing my review of Pure Comfort because of their poor communication. I have tried to communicate with them through Next-Door and called the office and got no return call from John or a tech.
Cannot say enough great things about this company! Dustin Morris was our service tech when we woke up to a warming house. He went above and beyond to get us cool and it didn’t break the bank! Super friendly and polite and efficient!

Called John the electrician on a HOT Sunday our a/c would not blow cold air.Found out it was a switch that had fried (ants) that's why it didn't turn on the a/c pump.Charlie replaced it in about an hour working great now!!! They are promt,friendly, and explain what they are doing .Would recommend them to everyone…
Diego arrived early and was able to diagnose the problem go over some solutions and options I had. He performed the work and offered advice on different things to look for going forward! Cannot recommend this group enough! Will definitely be who I call anytime I need some work!
