I am changing my review of Pure Comfort because of their poor communication. I have tried to communicate with them through Next-Door and called the office and got no return call from John or a tech.
Cannot say enough great things about this company! Dustin Morris was our service tech when we woke up to a warming house. He went above and beyond to get us cool and it didn’t break the bank! Super friendly and polite and efficient!

I'm very happy with the service I received from Pure Comfort! Their tech, Troy Bell, diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) and had the unit up and running in no time. Called Pure Comfort when my Home Warranty Company could not get anyone to respond after the first guy failed to show up. Pure Comfort had my furnace repaired in a couple of days. Very professional and reasonably priced. Plus they are local.
Great experience with Pure Comfort. Woke up the other day with no AC. They came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. It was a bad compressor fan motor. They were able to get a new motor and install it the next morning. The service guy Jaime was very professional and walked me through all the details of the job.
