After reading Pure Comfort's reviews at various places, we gave them a call and they came out the same day. Not only were they the best-priced option out of several other companies, but they were able to replace our old HVAC faster than anyone else. Extremely professional folks, we highly recommend them for their quality work and fast service!
Told me they would be there between 8-9 am, showed up in that time frame, fortunately for me my furnace was turned off and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Only charged the service fee to come out there and went on their way within 20 minutes of being there. Good communication, on time, and got it all sorted out quicker than I expected!
I had the best experience with Pure Comfort getting my heat fixed. Very nice people and very knowledgeable. I would definitely suggest them to anyone needing help with repairs and maintenance.
