A great family owned company, owner takes a personal interest. They are honest and great at what they do. They also have electricians.
Excellent company and customer service from the first call you make to their office to the follow up communication making sure everything is working properly and to expectation after the work is completed. I had to have several repairs made to the AC and eventually an entirely new HVAC system installed. Competitive…
I am changing my review of Pure Comfort because of their poor communication. I have tried to communicate with them through Next-Door and called the office and got no return call from John or a tech.
Nice people .. genuine personality .. keep it up !!
Have used Pure Comfort three times and will continue to use them. Troy was on time, knowledgeable, efficent and personable! Have been completely satisfied!
Pure Comfort did a great job of getting me scheduled quickly for an hvac repair and Troy was able to fix my AC issue quickly and for a lot less than I was worried it would cost.
Great service. Was able to come fix issue quickly and even stayed during a storm. Thank you!

Wonderful service, competitive pricing, Great Value!
Great business and local for me. Had trouble with my heating system not working up to par they came right out before the whole thing went out. Courteous and professional 💯. They will continue to be my go-to company for all my HVAC needs!
After reading Pure Comfort's reviews at various places, we gave them a call and they came out the same day. Not only were they the best-priced option out of several other companies, but they were able to replace our old HVAC faster than anyone else. Extremely professional folks, we highly recommend them for their quality work and fast service!
Pure Comfort is always there whenever we need them. They've helped me in both the freezing cold and Boiling heat. Same day service without hesitation.
Our A/C broke and Pure Comfort came out the same day and repaired it. Friendly and professional, too.
Pure Comfort was great and lived up to their name! They fixed my HVAC, they were quick and professional.
I rated them five stars but they deserve even more! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated being able to work with a company that was so responsive, flexible, reasonable, and trustworthy!!! These guys don't advertise because THEY DON'T HAVE TO. Their customers seem to do their advertising for them...now I know why :) Thank you!
I was extremely please with the service I received from them. If you have a problem them this is the company to call. I don't think there could be anyone better.
Fast service and very professional. Tech had system up in less than 5 minutes!
