It was a pleasure working with Taylor from Pure State. Since we had never done a home remodeling project, we needed someone who was knowledgeable as well as patient to answer all our questions. Taylor was wonderful in guiding us through every step. He kept us informed about cost fluctuations, supply availability and timelines so nothing was ever a surprise. All those involved with completing the remodel were top-notch. From our first meeting with Taylor in August '25 to the start of the remodel in April '26, he always kept in touch and was easy to reach. We appreciated his expertise as well as his kindness. He is genuinely a "good guy." We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and basement, and 100% recommend Taylor and Pure State!
