Better rate than others. Included easy pickup and dropoff, and my rug looks better than it ever has. I didn't know my secondhand nearly flat weave rug could ever even approach qualifying as "fluffy" I'm impressed. It was a 2 week turnaround
PureClean did an exceptional job cleaning our upholstery. They explained everything in detail and were friendly, professional, and efficient. We would definitely recommend them and we will use them again. It was expensive but we were satisfied with the results.
Jesus was awesome! Prompt, kind, and got our carpets sparkling clean! Plus he put up with our exuberant dog…5 stars all around!
Excellent service. Jesus called to let me know he was on his way. Personable man easy to welcome into your home. He explained the process and expectations. The dark blue couch definitely needed his talents. Even with weekly vacuum and pets, I am glad Pure Clean renews the upholstery.
Forest was fantastic-professional, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and did an excellent job getting some difficult pet stains that had been in my carpet for several months. I tried removing them myself with my own machine, but the stains reappeared. I learned that I need very hot water to extract the…
I was very impressed with the professional services given by Conner..We will definitely hire Pure Clean again in the future. Ben did an excellent job. He is very professional and amazing
Ben doesn’t just clean—he educates, advises, and leaves a space looking incredible. Friendly, personable, and clearly an expert at his craft, he made our funeral home carpets look amazing while sharing tips and insights along the way. Knowledgeable, professional, and just plain enjoyable to work with. Honestly, if…
Great service and reasonable price! The cleaning was great especially the hard to remove stains and the odor from my two cats were removed as well. Jesus Barajas was very detailed in explaining things to me before even starting the job. What to expect and how he is going to do things. I also love that they have a…
Forrest explained the whole carpet cleaning process well and was very amenable to two pick ups for my rugs so my dog would still have them until He went to my dog sitters while I’m away. Happy with Forrest’s work.
Ben did amazing cleaning our ducts! Knowledgeable, quick, and did a great job. I didn't catch the carpet cleaner's name, but he was also great and our carpet and area rugs were cleaned way faster than I expected. And my mom's recliner hasn't looked as clean since buying it.
Good prompt service. Everyone is professional and nice.
The service was outstanding. We will definitely use them again. And we highly recommend Donovan. 👍 He arrived early. He took the time to explain everything he would be doing. He finished the work on schedule. He was friendly and professional. You are lucky to have him, and we would definitely like to have him back for the next cleaning.
We use have used PureClean 1-2x a year for the past 8-10 yrs. Today Nate did a great job: On time, great communication and excellent results. Highly Recommend.
Thank u for making my house like brand new
PureClean is exemplary, both in professionalism and customer service. They pick up area carpets and they deliver sparklingly clean, looking new, carpets. Their prices are reasonable. Their communications are timely and thorough. I've been a customer for several years. I would(am) without reservation recommend them to you.
Connor is the best carpet cleaner I've ever encountered. I'm 74 and tried every company available in our city. He continues to revive my 25 year old carpet of dirt and pet odors. You will thank me for this recommendation. Had another great carpet cleaning experience with Pure Clean. This time I used Nathan who did a fabulous job.
All communication was timely and professional. Donovan was our tech and he was on time, such a pro and gave us great information to help us make more informed decisions about various services offered! I will make them my go to the next time I need carpets/upholstery cleaned!
I love these guys. Use them every year. They are always on time and let you know when they are on their way which is important because I have to juggle 3 dogs. Do a great job and are always polite and professional
Pure Clean did an excellent job. Scottie Robinson, the technician, arrived on time, measured the area, and was very thorough. He did an amazing job! My carpets look like new again! It had been awhile since I had the carpet cleaned, but even the stairs that get the most traffic look great!
Josiah Lewis was our carpet cleaning technician today and it really was a pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable, respectful, flexible (we have a busy household with pets and projects etc., but Josiah was awesome and super understanding from start to finish) and hardworking in our home. Not to mention, we have a…
PureClean is an company I have no problem recommending. Professional, excellence, and incredible people. They have cleaned our home carpets, area rugs from exotic countries, and even upholstery on a car. They know what they are doing. All our services have been too-notch. All the employees make us feel like we are friends.
As always fantastic, the young man doing the job, was responsible, restful and new his product and job.
Brock Isaac came to my home on 9/5. He arrived promptly, did a great job cleaning our aphostery. Used all the protection warranted to not damage cherry hardwood floors that we just refinished. Cheerful, proffesional, efficient and thorough. I give him 10 stars. Thanks much! Took my 3 area rugs away to be cleaned…
The young man sent to clean my carpet did a great job. He introduced himself on arrival, covered his shoes before entry and explained the process to clean my rug after checking for tough stains, etc. He was personable, polite, clean and professional. He explained in detail questions I had about cleaning, drying…
Conner did an excellent job on all aspects of his cleaning service. He was professional, willing to help with moving furniture, and friendly throughout. He clearly explained the range of services available before we agreed on which level to use. I am very satisfied with the results on the upholstered chair, area carpets and our old wall to wall carpet.
Brock Isaac did a great job on our carpets and was wonderful to work with. I will definitely request Brock next time we have our carpets cleaned. Debbie Johnson
My rug looks great!
This is the second time I've used this company. The first time they did a very good job on my carpets for a reasonable price. This time they cleaned a sofa, a chair, stairs and a landing. I was charged the exorbitant amount of 752.00 for that service. Then they called and said I needed to pay them right away when…
Great job! Connor was great! My grandmothers couch looks brand new! Thanks.
Really love the quality of work they provide! The technician that came out was chandler and he was super informative and super patient with all our questions. He answered all my pricing questions and really helped explain the difference in the services and how they differed. Also was very good at setting my…
I called this morning expecting a long wait (everything has a long wait these days), but Ben was able to come out for an estimate within a couple hours. The estimate was cheaper than we expected, and he didn't try to upsell (he suggested the gold package based on our needs, and we already basically wanted that, so…
Excellent communication, clear and careful explanations, on time, excellent work. I have hired this company three or four times and apparently plan to keep doing so! Highly recommended.
Been using them for years now. No harmful chemicals used. Every single technician we've had is professional and courteous. They come on time and work efficiently. The office communicates very well with the client. Highly recommend them!
Conner Watts is just amazing. Great communication, professional and above all the carpets look fantastic. I would recommend Pure Clean to anyone! If you get Conner as the Technician then you know the job is going to be done right! Thank you so much!
Donovan came out today and really did a fantastic job on my carpets. He was professional and polite and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Pure Clean and Donovan always
3rd visit... using these folks. One of our 3 dogs had a major blow out 😵💫 in 2 distinct places, on our fine wool, wall to wall carpet. I called on a Monday and they were able to fit us in the next day. Donovan was the technician and we knew him from the first time Pure Clean serviced us, years before. I really…
Ben arrived on time and worked VERY DILIGENTLY to remedy old pet stains. He explained how Pure Clean’s technology worked to do that. We also had Ben clean a sofa, a loveseat, an area rug and a dryer duct as well. We’re always very impressed with the quality of cleaning but also impressed that our carpets dry fairly…
I highly recommend Purclean and Ben Youn. Ben was early for the appointment (greatly appreciated). He explained and offered different levels of so I could chose best for my needs. Ben Youn was our Healthy Home Tech and he did a great job of educating, advising and cleaning our carpets! Ben was very courteous, personable and efficient. Thank you, Ben, for making the process an easy one!
I called because I had recently discovered fleas on my cats, and they were able to get me an appointment within 2 hours of my call! The guy who came out was extremely professional and explained everything well. It was a little more than I expected to pay (from what I was told on the phone) but it was well worth it.…
We had a great experience with Pure Clean from inquiry to booking and then the service from Nathan. Everything went smoothly and the results, especially for in home services, were exactly what we were looking for.
Ben was a miracle worker! I had a massive pet urine stain that I managed to make much worse in my attempt to clean it myself, and I thought it was a lost cause. Ben was extremely helpful explaining how I can treat these types of stains myself next time (and explaining what I likely did wrong to cause the stain to…
If I could give them 10 Stars, I would. The girl who helped me was so kind and professional. She looked over my rug, talked to me about it (she knows her rugs!). When my rug was ready, I couldn't get in to pick it up. We were moving out of state, and were down to one car. My husband didn't get home until after…
Donovan does excellent work and is a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend Pure Clean to others.
Nathan did a wonderful job on my carpets and super professional. I received great help in deciding the best cleaning package!!! Highly recommend Nathan!!

I wanted to welcome my newborn to a clean home and was looking around for a carpet/rug cleaner. Was going to do it ourselves, but we figured to better leave it to the professionals. I contacted Pure Clean through Yelp and they're very responsive and gave thorough explanation. Making appointments was easy. We had…

In every respect, Mickey performed our cleaning job with excellence. He came on time, was friendly and polite. Questions were all answered. We appreciated scent free products used. The end result was most satisfactory. We would recommend Pure Clean to others.
Eric was on time, communicative , and did an amazing job! We had tons of stains from our puppy. Great work!
Pure Clean is one of the most polite responsive caring companies I have ever run across. In today's world of sub par customer service, they shine. Their presentation and answering of questions for what I needed was superb. They were polished and professional in their approach. They kept in touch every step of the…
Best Carpet Cleaning service I have ever dealt with! Ben is responsive, punctual, very personable and an extremely hard worker! He has earned our business for life! BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Jon came out today to do a spot clean up and was prompt, professional and did an awesome job! We LOVE these guys!
I used Shaun Smith and his PureClean service in Feb of 2022 after we had a fire in our apartment due to a stove malfunction. The apartment filled entirely with smoke and the odor was unbelievable and was not safe to live in. Our apartment building was slow, incompetent and almost impossible to deal with. They…
Donovan was great! He was communicative, prompt, and walked me through the various options/costs without any sales pressure tactics. Our carpets looked fantastic, and he was very thorough, even sneak a few swipes into some of our more crowded closet spaces, which we didn’t expect at all. We had two years of grime…
Great company. I am always very happy with the service and quality of work. I’ve used them for many years. Thanks!
Mickey did a great job both on cleaning our carpets and explaining the process and costs. I'd have to say this was the most thorough cleaning we've ever had.
Eric was friendly, courteous and very professional. He gave me exact details of what was required to clean my well used carpets and rugs ( we are a two young child, two dog household!). He gave various options with varying price ranges before starting and was finished in a timely manner. Although one VERYused area…
Jonathan was a very polite and pleasant young man. You would do well to hire more like him.😊
Amazing! Donovan called ahead, let me know he was on his way. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service and the carpets have never looked better! Thank you Donovan for a job well and have a fantastic trip to Walt Disney World!! You earned!
Ben Youn had incredible service. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company, affordable prices, non toxic chemicals, compounded with an outstanding customer experience. Purchased their top package since We spilled a bunch of soup and he was able to get the stain removed. Truly Amazing work.
Second time I’ve used this company. I could not be more pleased. Ben on-site was the best!!
Mickey was very professional and I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors
Had a great experience with Donovan. He was explained each detail of the service, was patient while I chose which services & did a walk through with explanation afterwards. Great job!
Pure clean was great! The young person who came and cleaned our carpets was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions! I love their all natural products and will use them again definitely!
We have used this company twice recently and about 4 times in the past 7 years. Each time I was impressed with their professionalism and thorough care. They had to come back to repeat a room due to a new puppy accident and offered a nice discount. The technicians, John and Scott were on time, very knowledgeable…
We had a quick turnaround moving into a new place, and Pure Clean was able to get scheduled easily, show up exactly on time, and do a great job quickly. All that is all I really was hoping for, but I was impressed with Devan's knowledge of different stains (decaf vs regular coffee stain differently!), and what it…
Pure Clean did a superb job cleaning a floor carpet at my request on Wednesday in north Seattle. Donovan was outstanding! I highly recommend this organization and will use them again!
We’ve used Pure Clean over the past 6 years. They’re always on time. When Pure Clean is done, the carpets always smell so fresh. Love their customer service and professional techs. Best of all, no chemicals!
Super fella, right on time and great work!
Amazing very professional and friendly service! Gentleman explained what he was going to do, and what to expect afterwards! I couldn’t be happier and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs excellent rug & carpet cleaning! Thank you so much Pure Clean for helping me today! 😍
I have had Donovan clean my carpets a few times and he is always very professional and does an exceptional job. I've had pet stains and odors that have completely disappeared. I'm always impressed with the results, especially compared to other comapnies I've used in the past. I have also had 3 wool area rugs (one…

Their technicians are professional, friendly, honest and work incredibly hard to make sure we are getting the exact service we need. They are great about giving price…
Donovan Lenaburg did an awesome job of explaining the processes and options, and then performed a stunning job that left everything looking like new! His professionalism and personable attitude totally dispelled my extreme grumpiness from talking to the supervisor whose staff had left our appointment off the…
Devon was great! A lovely small bit of catching up and then he went right to work. He explained everything before he did anything and was respectful and kind. Definitely would recommend him and your company.
