I couldn't be more pleased with this company and their services.
I HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY. My experience was totally different. The results were so bad that I hired another company to come and clean the carpets again. They said that the men from Pure Clean obviously had no idea what they were doing. It was as if they bought some equipment and…

It was awesome: quick and professional. We were very pleased. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable and made great recommendations. And last but not least, their cleaning products are non-toxic, and there was no chemical smell after they left. Highly recommended!
We had a great experience. The service was excellent. Our tech, Josiah, was knowledgeable and honest. The cleaning was easy to schedule. The price was a little more than we wanted to pay, but it was worth it. He got stains out of the carpet that i thought would be impossible. We'll call them again.

Forest was fantastic-professional, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and did an excellent job getting some difficult pet stains that had been in my carpet for several months. I tried removing them myself with my own machine, but the stains reappeared. I learned that I need very hot water to extract the…
I realized right before I moved out of my apartment that I needed to get the carpet professionally cleaned and I’m so glad I chose Pure Clean. Jesus was my tech and he couldn’t have been kinder. I lived in a loft where he had to access the second floor via a ladder, so it wasn’t the easiest space. But Jesus did such…
Our technician, Forrest, was amazing! He went over all the different plans , showing what each offered. He was very thorough, and the carpets look fantastic! Highly recommend!!
I had a wonderful experience with PureClean! My cleaner, Josiah, went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect. His diligence and attention to detail were incredible—he didn't rush through the job at all and made sure every spot was properly treated. What I appreciated most was his customer education.…
I am so happy with Pure Clean, from booking the appointment, to Forrest the technician coming out and completing the job. Forrest was prompt, efficient, and knew all aspects of cleaning my carpets and chair. I have signed up for next year and would highly recommend this company and Forrest.
The carpets looked like new after the cleaning that Josiah did. I wasn't there when he was doing the work, but he called me and gave me the quote in a polite and professional manner, and I was able to pay for it over the phone after he let himself in through the lockbox. I had not shopped around for prices since I…

Ben did amazing cleaning our ducts! Knowledgeable, quick, and did a great job. I didn't catch the carpet cleaner's name, but he was also great and our carpet and area rugs were cleaned way faster than I expected. And my mom's recliner hasn't looked as clean since buying it.
We hired Pure clean and the service that was provided by Chandler was exceptional.

My homes carpet was quite dirty and the whole second floor smelled like dog urine, it was pretty overwhelming. I’ve used Pure Clean for years and they are so good, use environmental safe products and timely, communicative and enjoyable to work with. Brian is great.
We have older carpet in our basement that was significantly stained. I likely made this worse by renting a do-it-yourself carpet cleaner from the local grocery store. I wasn't sure the carpet was salvageable, but called on PureClean for advice. They really came through for us, returning several times, until the…
Jesus Barajas did an awesome job. Highly recommend him.
I would recommend this business if you need your carpets cleaned. The entire process was very smooth; I went from initial call to completed service in less than 1 full day! That was much faster than expected. And my service person, Jesus, did a awesome job making the carpets look new.
The technician told us what to expect with the age of our carpet. He was very nice and communicated well.

He was very professional, kind and thorough. Josiah was very informative both pre and post clean. I hope he is still cleaning the next…
This company charges a lot more than their competitors, but they do seem to get the job done. They tout their non-chemical product as the very best. There is no way of knowing if that is true, but it sounds good, and we have gone with them more often than not over the years.
Connor is the best carpet cleaner I've ever encountered. I'm 74 and tried every company available in our city. He continues to revive my 25 year old carpet of dirt and pet odors. You will thank me for this recommendation. Had another great carpet cleaning experience with Pure Clean. This time I used Nathan who did a fabulous job.

I cannot recommend them enough! Ben is amazing! Knowledgeable, explained things in depth so I knew what to expect, and the quality of the job he did blew my mind. Conner did an excellent job on all aspects of his cleaning service. He was professional, willing to help with moving furniture, and friendly throughout. I am very satisfied with the results on the upholstered chair, area carpets and our old wall to wall carpet.
Nathan did a great job cleaning the carpets in our clinic. We selected Pure Clean for the reason they could provide service after our business ended so not to interrupt our Health Clinic Clients.
I had the pleasure of having Josiah Lewis come work on our carpets. He was on time and was kind enough to walk me through everything step by step. Brock did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. It had been a while since out last carpet cleaning (also with PureClean), and he was able to remove the dirt and dust that had visibly settled in a few areas. Our carpets looked amazing after Brock was finished; you’d never even guess that we have a shedding pet. Thank you, Brock!
Brock did a fantastic job. We were dealing with severe cat allergies and needed to remove dander from our home. They said they were sending a technician out..but they didn’t say they were sending the BEST technician out. Highly recommend this company and specifically Nathan Day!
Pure Clean is very unprofessional and takes a bait and switch approach. They quoted me a low number and when they came out the actual price was more than double what they quoted. I spoke with them about it and they said it was a mistake by their estimator and it will be treated as a training opportunity without any…
