Daniel was so great. I highly recommend using this company :). Daniel answered all my questions, and took the time to explain things. Will def use them again.
I couldn't be more pleased with this company and their services.
I HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY. My experience was totally different. The results were so bad that I hired another company to come and clean the carpets again. They said that the men from Pure Clean obviously had no idea what they were doing. It was as if they bought some equipment and…
We are repeat customers and we are just as satisfied as we were the last time we used Pure Clean. Jesus arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He handled all our problem areas and our carpets look great! We highly recommend this Company’s services and personnel!

Trever was great!! Amazing job and will definitely use again!!!
It was awesome: quick and professional. We were very pleased. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable and made great recommendations. And last but not least, their cleaning products are non-toxic, and there was no chemical smell after they left. Highly recommended!
We had a great experience. The service was excellent. Our tech, Josiah, was knowledgeable and honest. The cleaning was easy to schedule. The price was a little more than we wanted to pay, but it was worth it. He got stains out of the carpet that i thought would be impossible. We'll call them again.
We were very happy with our service from PureClean and pleasantly surprised at how well our carpets looked afterwards! Daniel Imhof was extremely professional, courteous and helpful! We would absolutely recommend him to everyone.

Forest was fantastic-professional, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and did an excellent job getting some difficult pet stains that had been in my carpet for several months. I tried removing them myself with my own machine, but the stains reappeared. I learned that I need very hot water to extract the…
I realized right before I moved out of my apartment that I needed to get the carpet professionally cleaned and I’m so glad I chose Pure Clean. Jesus was my tech and he couldn’t have been kinder. I lived in a loft where he had to access the second floor via a ladder, so it wasn’t the easiest space. But Jesus did such…
Our technician, Forrest, was amazing! He went over all the different plans , showing what each offered. He was very thorough, and the carpets look fantastic! Highly recommend!!
I had a wonderful experience with PureClean! My cleaner, Josiah, went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect. His diligence and attention to detail were incredible—he didn't rush through the job at all and made sure every spot was properly treated. What I appreciated most was his customer education.…
I am so happy with Pure Clean, from booking the appointment, to Forrest the technician coming out and completing the job. Forrest was prompt, efficient, and knew all aspects of cleaning my carpets and chair. I have signed up for next year and would highly recommend this company and Forrest.
The carpets looked like new after the cleaning that Josiah did. I wasn't there when he was doing the work, but he called me and gave me the quote in a polite and professional manner, and I was able to pay for it over the phone after he let himself in through the lockbox. I had not shopped around for prices since I…

Pure Clean - Ben, specifically - absolutely exceeded all expectations. From timely arrival, friendly (and judgement free *ahem pet stains*) walk through, multiple packages offered to a finished result that was as-beautiful-as-promised (and such a short drying time!), Ben and the Pure process DELIVERED! Will absolutely use them again.

The technician was extremely kind, professional and informative. He provided multiple service options with price details so I wasn’t surprised with the end cost, and the results exceeded my expectations. Great business. Very easy to comunicate and they are very prompt with any questions. My carpets look great and don't have any odor after cleaning of cleaning chemicals of any kind.
Carpets all cleaned, on time, respectful, great all around service. Thank you Jesus.
Donovan was so wonderful. He answered all our questions, brought up stuff we had not thought of. We have an office with commercial carpet and he was able to make that “sparkle”. We have used proclean for 20 years and have always been very happy.
3rd time I've used their services, on-time, courteous, excellent work. I have a pet-friendly rental so need to stay on top of carpet cleaning. They are above-board and responsible.
My house has never smelled better! This was my first time using a professional service to clean my carpets and I will definitely be coming back again! He was so nice, courteous and very respectful of my home. I will for sure be recommending this company to my friends and family.
Ben did amazing cleaning our ducts! Knowledgeable, quick, and did a great job. I didn't catch the carpet cleaner's name, but he was also great and our carpet and area rugs were cleaned way faster than I expected. And my mom's recliner hasn't looked as clean since buying it.
We hired Pure clean and the service that was provided by Chandler was exceptional.
This was a great service! I am local and found them on a Google search. Pure Clean is the best!! I have used them for many years, back in the day when Ben (the owner) came out! Excellent service by friendly and knowledgeable technicians. If something isn't right, they make it right. Jenny in the office is great, very caring and helpful; a few weeks ago I mentioned a possible…
My homes carpet was quite dirty and the whole second floor smelled like dog urine, it was pretty overwhelming. I had Forest come out for a general walk through of my home and he pointed out all the pet urine spots left behind by the previous homeowner. He was very honest with me and didn't try to upset me at all.…
The downstairs carpet has a second life. Nathan fixed up carpet that hadn't been cleaned in several years and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this company and service.
Chandler did an amazing job! The carpets turned out great and he was able to guide me in the specific spot treatments I needed in areas!

I’ve used Pure Clean for years and they are so good, use environmental safe products and timely, communicative and enjoyable to work with. Brian is great.
We have older carpet in our basement that was significantly stained. I likely made this worse by renting a do-it-yourself carpet cleaner from the local grocery store. I wasn't sure the carpet was salvageable, but called on PureClean for advice. They really came through for us, returning several times, until the…
Jesus Barajas did an awesome job. Highly recommend him.
I would recommend this business if you need your carpets cleaned. The entire process was very smooth; I went from initial call to completed service in less than 1 full day! That was much faster than expected. And my service person, Jesus, did a awesome job making the carpets look new.
The technician told us what to expect with the age of our carpet. He was very nice and communicated well.
Forrest at Pure Clean was very professional and efficient! Highly recommend.
We’ve used Pure Clean several times and they are fantastic! Our technicians are Donavan and Nathan - both do a great job. We also include the allergy protective coat and it works! Looking for a company to do your carpet cleaning, contact Pure Clean!!
Our technician Jesus was great! He was prompt, quickly measured our space (even an extra room we forgot to mention on the phone!), and helped us understand the different packages. He answered all our questions, and his friendly demeanor helped make our move-in day less stressful. I will definitely recommend PureClean in the future!
Josiah did a wonderful job on our old carpet. They look so much better!
Eric was great to work with, honest, and did a great job, on our old stained carpet. Will have them out again! I believe this is an older review, but still the same fantastic service! We have Pure Clean do our carpets every year!
Jesus is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He explained the procedure clearly and allowed us to choose a package fits our needs. He completed the job on time and communicated in a professional manner.
PureClean responded within two hours of our initial request to clean a teen move-out situation (a disastrous mess). I personally was in a state of frenetic energy when Donovan arrived. He was calm, friendly and presented solutions in a clear, strategic manner. He was completely transparent about effort, cost, and…

I hired PureClean to do the final carpet cleaning for my move out in Kirkland.
