I’ve used Pure Clean for years and they are so good, use environmental safe products and timely, communicative and enjoyable to work with. Brian is great.
We have older carpet in our basement that was significantly stained. I likely made this worse by renting a do-it-yourself carpet cleaner from the local grocery store. I wasn't sure the carpet was salvageable, but called on PureClean for advice. They really came through for us, returning several times, until the…
Nathan arrived at his appointed time, insisted on wearing booties and we did a walk through of the areas to be cleaned and he seemed pleasantly surprised that we had rooms the prepared (i read the info sent). Jose was great! We discussed the best way to treat my pet stain and he spent a long time focusing on the problem spot. Although I had previously cleaned the spot a hand held carpet cleaner, I couldn't remove the slight stain. Jose completely removed the stain and greatly reduced the odor. He was professional, friendly and thorough.
Nathan was outstanding. Carpets look like new. Same with chairs.
The two gentlemen were professional, thorough, considerate, and conscientious. I continue to give this company my highest recommendation.

Scotty was very friendly and professional. He did a great job explaining the service. Our carpets and couch looked great after the cleaning! Will use Pure Clean for future carpet cleaning as well.

Mickey came out to my house and was very professional, and not judgey about pet stains from my puppy. He was informative about what expectations I should have and what carpet was worth cleaning versus replacing. He was even great about letting me watch him work because watching carpet cleaning videos is fun to me. Over all he did great.
Entire experience was great. Service was prompt and quick. Donovan did a great job. Very happy with the results. Came out cleaner than expected. Highly recommend and will continue to use their services.

We had a great experience with pure clean especially with Ben Youn, the technician who came for cleaning today! He was so great, kind, and PROFESSIONAL! I have been using pure clean for our carpet cleaning for few years and they are no doubt an expert! Thank you so much!
We had a great experience getting our carpets cleaned by Eric! We needed professional carpet cleaning at move-out per our landlord’s request, and we were afraid that little could be done for our carpets, which are old and in rough shape. Eric was able to remove years’ worth of dirt and old stains, including pet…
Eric was on time, communicative , and did an amazing job! We had tons of stains from our puppy. Great work!
I have used this company many times and they always do a great job! Mickey was very knowledgeable and arrived on time.
I couldn't be happier with Pure Clean and our cleaning team, Connor and Riley. You can never be sure what your experience will be even when reviews are stellar, and this was a *big* win. The reviews are dead on; from the first phone call to the results -- *flawless* customer service all the way around (rare these…
Shaun and team helped get rid of the awful cigarette odor (and everything else) from the property. Happy with the results and can breathe easier! Definitely recommend then to others.
Donovan and Josh were great. They called 15 min prior to arriving. They both listens to my issues and they provided a solution for my cleaning requirement. I would recommend their services for carpet cleaning. Satisfied and happy customer!
Our technician Mickey was awesome! He was very knowledgeable so it was easy for us to pick the best cleaning option for our home. He was efficient but still very thorough and our carpets look amazing! We will definitely use them again the next time our carpets need cleaning!

I originally chose Pure Clean because I got a referral from a friend But I must say I would now choose Pure Clean not only for the product but because of Donovan. I lost my husband this week to cancer, leaving me to handle situations I never had to prior. I have spent the last two days dealing with chirping smoke…
Scotty did an excellent job cleaning my carpets.

I used Shaun Smith and his PureClean service in Feb of 2022 after we had a fire in our apartment due to a stove malfunction. The apartment filled entirely with smoke and the odor was unbelievable and was not safe to live in. Our apartment building was slow, incompetent and almost impossible to deal with. They…
Donovan was great! He was communicative, prompt, and walked me through the various options/costs without any sales pressure tactics. Our carpets looked fantastic, and he was very thorough, even sneak a few swipes into some of our more crowded closet spaces, which we didn’t expect at all. We had two years of grime…
Mickey cleaned our carpets for the new owners of our home. He got them looking very nice and clean. We did have a few stains that wouldn't budge, but our carpets are 23 years old,and he definitely gave it his best shot. You would never know they are that old. Mickey got them looking cleaner and brighter. He was very…
Jon who was the person who came to my place he was wonderful! The truck broke and we had to wait for another to arrive, it was a two hour wait, I live alone and really didn’t want to put all my furniture back just to move it all again, it’s a lot of work for one person. So we waited…once the truck arrived and the…
A dog marked the back of my couch and Jon was a breath of fresh air (literally). The couch looks and smells great, he came promptly, and was very nice. Would definitely use again.
Eric was friendly, courteous and very professional. He gave me exact details of what was required to clean my well used carpets and rugs ( we are a two young child, two dog household!). It was so refreshing to deal with a business that truly honors their reputation. I have had my carpets cleaned by several companies over 20 plus years. I've selected companies based on friends referral, advertisement and flyer specials. This company is one of the very few that know what they are doing and don't try…
Ben Youn had incredible service. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company, affordable prices, non toxic chemicals, compounded with an outstanding customer experience. Purchased their top package since We spilled a bunch of soup and he was able to get the stain removed. Truly Amazing work.
Edit 12/16/21: We still have the troublemaking cat, and I won't trust our carpet to anyone other than PureClean. We were fortunate to have Ben Youn come out to treat the carpet for us today, and as always, we were well taken care of and the carpet looks and smells great. If only he could have taken the cat with him…

Excellent service by Mickey!! Ask for Mickey if you can. Super polite and knowledgeable. Did an excellent cleaning job. Worked independently. Very professional. Be sure to ask what is included in the price quoted on the phone, deodorizer and stain protection where extra and not included. But the cleaning was excellent.

Superior customer service and extremely professional technician. Cost may be higher than you can get from other places but you get what you pay for. I didn’t feel that the tech was trying to upsell me any services nor did I feel pressure to go with any special treatments or pay any fees that were unreasonable. I…
We have used this company twice recently and about 4 times in the past 7 years. Each time I was impressed with their professionalism and thorough care. Very satisfied with the thorough cleaning of my carpet, floor tiles and shower tiles by Pure Clean! We just bought a new house, and it was absolutely worth it to have the entire house cleaned before moving in. A huge difference with the carpet and tiles looking much better after the cleaning.
