I HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY. My experience was totally different. The results were so bad that I hired another company to come and clean the carpets again. Forrest did an amazing job. He was thorough and detailed when going over the packages offered and what the process was for each one, as well as how to take care of the carpet after the cleaning. The carpet looks incredible. He got some stains out that I didn’t think would come out. I highly recommend PureClean!

The technician was extremely kind, professional and informative. He provided multiple service options with price details so I wasn’t surprised with the end cost, and the results exceeded my expectations. Donovan did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in our family/playroom! This room gets a ton of use from our kiddos and our dog, so it had several stains and definitely showed signs of being well-loved. After Donovan worked his magic, the carpet looks refreshed, bright, and so much cleaner than we expected possible.…

Great service and reasonable price! The cleaning was great especially the hard to remove stains and the odor from my two cats were removed as well. Jesus Barajas was very detailed in explaining things to me before even starting the job. What to expect and how he is going to do things. I also love that they have a…
Donovan was personable and friendly. Explained all the carpet cleaning options available. Since I recently had a 6 month old puppy houseguest, I was dealing with not only normal dirt in traffic areas, but also pet urine stains and odor in my 30 year old carpet on two floors of my home. He got right to work and did a…
Our technician, Ben, listened and then gave us upfront bid and solutions to a 9 month old puppy in training oops 😬 We have always had excellent service from pureclean. Thank you Ben for quality service.

I’ve used Pure Clean for years and they are so good, use environmental safe products and timely, communicative and enjoyable to work with. Brian is great.
We have older carpet in our basement that was significantly stained. I likely made this worse by renting a do-it-yourself carpet cleaner from the local grocery store. I wasn't sure the carpet was salvageable, but called on PureClean for advice. They really came through for us, returning several times, until the…
Nathan arrived at his appointed time, insisted on wearing booties and we did a walk through of the areas to be cleaned and he seemed pleasantly surprised that we had rooms the prepared (i read the info sent). Excellent service all around. They were professional, friendly, on-time, did a great job and were priced lower than other companies. We'll definitely use PureClean again.
Jose was great! We discussed the best way to treat my pet stain and he spent a long time focusing on the problem spot. Although I had previously cleaned the spot a hand held carpet cleaner, I couldn't remove the slight stain. Jose completely removed the stain and greatly reduced the odor. He was professional, friendly and thorough.
Nathan was outstanding. Carpets look like new. Same with chairs.
The two gentlemen were professional, thorough, considerate, and conscientious. I continue to give this company my highest recommendation.
Josiah was kind enough to call a few hours in advance of our appointment to alert me that he was running early. We were able to accommodate this and it worked out perfectly for us. He was very professional, kind and thorough. Josiah was very informative both pre and post clean. I hope he is still cleaning the next…
First rate service every time! Donovan did a spectacular job cleaning and sealing the tile and granite in my home and cleaning my hardwood floors and carpet. They look like new!
Connor is the best carpet cleaner I've ever encountered. I'm 74 and tried every company available in our city. He continues to revive my 25 year old carpet of dirt and pet odors. You will thank me for this recommendation. Had another great carpet cleaning experience with Pure Clean. This time I used Nathan who did a fabulous job.
