We had a wonderful experience with this couch cleaning service. Daniel came to our home and was incredible from start to finish. He was patient, took his time, and clearly cares about doing the job right. Our sofa looks great, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We loved the service and will definitely call again. Highly recommend!
Jesus is professional and friendly. The job included a sectional sofa and kitchen & bathroom floors. He arrived on time. There are no issues. The job is complete and beautifully clean. Thank you.
Trevor did a great job. Thank you.
Another great Pure Clean experience! Donovan did a phenomenal job with my carpets and giant sectional. Explained everything well, set expectations and gave great advice! Thank you!

Our techs were polite, professional, detailed and efficient. The results were great. Wish I had taken before and after photos. Very pleased.
PureClean did an exceptional job cleaning our upholstery. They explained everything in detail and were friendly, professional, and efficient. We would definitely recommend them and we will use them again. It was expensive but we were satisfied with the results.
What a pleasure to work with this company, and Josiah and Daniel did a fine job. My couch looks brand new!
Donavan did a fantastic job cleaning our furniture. His attention to detail was exceptional!
Excellent service. Jesus called to let me know he was on his way. Personable man easy to welcome into your home. He explained the process and expectations. The dark blue couch definitely needed his talents. Even with weekly vacuum and pets, I am glad Pure Clean renews the upholstery.
Another great job by Pure Clean! This was my second time having Jesus clean my carpet. He did an excellent job explaining the cost. My carpet looks brand new again. He was able to get all the stairs out. Thank you Jesus and Pure Clean!
Jesus with Pure Clean provided a wonderful and efficient service. We are very pleased and happy with our carpets and upholstery. There’s a reason why we’ve used Pure Clean for the last 10 years.
Jesus came today and did an absolutely outstanding job! By far the best job I've ever had done! Cannot recommend enough! Very thorough and very professional! Outstanding!
Ben was very prompt, informative, efficient,, and most importantly very pleasant to deal with.
Ben was friendly as he entered our home. Very respectful. Talked through all the things he was going to do to clean our couch. We reviewed future cleaning options and how to maintain the couch between cleanings. Finished in an hour. Left our house in the same order he found it.
Excellent!
I was very impressed with the professional services given by Conner..We will definitely hire Pure Clean again in the future. Ben did an excellent job. He is very professional and amazing
I am so happy with Pure Clean, from booking the appointment, to Forrest the technician coming out and completing the job. Forrest was prompt, efficient, and knew all aspects of cleaning my carpets and chair. I have signed up for next year and would highly recommend this company and Forrest.
They don’t list a price over the phone and they came out to do an estimate…only wanted one room cleaned and a couch. For the lowest package he quoted a cost of 837 dollars. We declined services.
This was not our first rodeo with PureClean and once again we weren't disappointed! Jesus, our technician, was kind, courteous, and professional. He really went above and beyond, applying deodorizer to our secondhand couch as a courtesy. I felt well informed and well taken care of. Thank you!
We are so happy with the cleaning service! Benjamin us very efficient and organized
Benjamin is very professional and knowledgeable! I will refer my customers to him and Pure Clean
Forrest did an amazing job. He was thorough and detailed when going over the packages offered and what the process was for each one, as well as how to take care of the carpet after the cleaning. The carpet looks incredible. He got some stains out that I didn’t think would come out. I highly recommend PureClean!
This is better than a 5 star cleaner . Puretreat is by far the best stain remove ever used. Goodbye to even red wine stains. In fact? I ordered extra bottles to keep at my other house, and to give some to my sister who has white carpets. She already is singing praises about its stain removal. Great product. J G Bartoni
Text communication was good and so was the follow up when I was inquiring about an estimate/appointment. I had my loveseat steam cleaned and he did a beautiful job. I’ll be calling them again for carpet cleaning. Technician was a very nice locally grown young man.
The technician was extremely helpful and respectful. The service was superior. Thank you.
The team from Pureclean did a great job at my business Sunset Hills.
Ben’s amazing at what he does! He was very careful with our couch and barstools and was able to make them look good as new again. I recommend asking for him to do your service. Super polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall did an amazing job! Thanks Ben!
Professional and very considerate of my home
I have used Pure Clean four times now. Excellent service! Great communication and online scheduling is awesome!
Donovan did a good job trying to clean my sofa cushions that were stained from color transfer from our clothes. He was very professional and helpful. A very polite gentlemen. I would highly recommend their company to others that need upholstery cleaning. Thank You Donovan.
Forrest explained the whole carpet cleaning process well and was very amenable to two pick ups for my rugs so my dog would still have them until He went to my dog sitters while I’m away. Happy with Forrest’s work.
Nathan did such a great job on my sofa and chair. My dog walks around in my muddy backyard and he always seems to be full of dirt. My light grey sofa was turning brown. Nathan showed me pictures where he cleaned half of a cushion—making it light grey—and the other half not cleaned yet was brown. It is a dramatic…
Donovan was very helpful Carpet and couch look great. He took time to explain the process and help me understand what was being done. Looks like a new carpet
Jesus did a fantastic job on our couch! He was a great communicator and extremely kind. Would definitely use Pure Clean in the future should I need them.
Ben did amazing cleaning our ducts! Knowledgeable, quick, and did a great job. I didn't catch the carpet cleaner's name, but he was also great and our carpet and area rugs were cleaned way faster than I expected. And my mom's recliner hasn't looked as clean since buying it.
Best overall cleaning and explanation from our Technician, Donovan Lenaburg. Learned things about cleaning carpets I never knew! Charlene

Wow! What a great company, explaining everything and right on time. Sofa looks great and smells wonderful. I can't wait till I can get my carpet done. Oh, price was very reasonable.

PureClean responded within two hours of our initial request to clean a teen move-out situation (a disastrous mess). I personally was in a state of frenetic energy when Donovan arrived. This is the 2nd time I have used Pure Clean. As last time I was notified of the arrival time with a picture of the person arriving. Nathan was on time, very pleasant, friendly & professional. A bit pricy but they do their job so well. Got rid of all our couch stains and looks brand new! Can't complain with that result
Excellent service all around. They were professional, friendly, on-time, did a great job and were priced lower than other companies. We'll definitely use PureClean again.
Forrest and Chandler did an amazing job explaining the different service packages to me. They went out of their way to make sure all the pet stains were thoroughly treated. I especially loved the shampoo they used—it was effective but didn’t leave an overpowering scent lingering in the house for weeks. Their…
The text showed up in time and we’re very informative and friendly. They did a great job cleaning our bedroom rug and a couple of chairs. I would definitely use them again!

Brock Isaac came to my home on 9/5. He arrived promptly, did a great job cleaning our aphostery. Used all the protection warranted to not damage cherry hardwood floors that we just refinished. Tech did Awesome job, and was very knowledgeable about the process! And the Gold package price was very reasonable.
Conner did an excellent job on all aspects of his cleaning service. He was professional, willing to help with moving furniture, and friendly throughout. He clearly explained the range of services available before we agreed on which level to use. I am very satisfied with the results on the upholstered chair, area carpets and our old wall to wall carpet.
Brock did a fantastic job. We were dealing with severe cat allergies and needed to remove dander from our home. Brock first did a thorough vacuuming using a specialty brush roller designed for fur removal. (which removed an unbelievable amount of cat fur after I had done what I thought was an exceptional vacuuming…
The whole team was on point and professional from start to finish— Definitely recommend!!

This is the second time I've used this company. The first time they did a very good job on my carpets for a reasonable price. This time they cleaned a sofa, a chair, stairs and a landing. I was charged the exorbitant amount of 752.00 for that service. Then they called and said I needed to pay them right away when…
Great job! Connor was great! My grandmothers couch looks brand new! Thanks.
I called this morning expecting a long wait (everything has a long wait these days), but Ben was able to come out for an estimate within a couple hours. The estimate was cheaper than we expected, and he didn't try to upsell (he suggested the gold package based on our needs, and we already basically wanted that, so…

I’m from a family of carpet cleaners, and have used a few carpet cleaners over the years. In my opinion, PureClean has the highest quality cleaning at a reasonable price.
