Abby did a great job doing a deep clean and organization of kitchen cupboards. She even got down on her hands and knees to clean the floors. The cupboards now are organized that have the items most used for easy access and threw out all expired items. Will plan to have Abby back for another house cleaning.

Dear Purely Fort Wayne Cleaners Team,
Following yesterday’s walk-through, I wanted to share our disappointment with the experience and formally advise that we will not be moving forward with your company.
Prior to the walk-through, we provided the scope of work, the spaces requiring cleaning, and our preferred days and times for service. I was disappointed to receive a follow-up the next morning requesting the same information that had already been provided. This raises concerns about communication and information sharing among your team members and does not give us confidence in your ability to manage our cleaning needs effectively.
Additionally, the representative arrived later than scheduled, notifying me just four minutes before the appointment that they would be an additional 15 minutes late. During the walk-through, they did not have a tape measure to measure the space, writing utensils to take notes, or brochures outlining your services. These are basic preparations I would expect from a company conducting an on-site assessment for a potential client.
We selected Purely Fort Wayne Cleaners as a candidate based on your strong Google reviews and anticipated a professional, organized experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered did not align with those expectations. At this point, the disconnect between your online reputation and our actual experience has left us questioning whether those reviews accurately reflect the level of service we would receive.
We value professionalism, communication, punctuality, and preparation when selecting a service provider. Based on this experience, we have decided not to proceed with your company.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to evaluate your communication processes and the expectations set for team members representing your business.

My experience with Purely Fort Wayne Cleaners overall was great. I’ve never had my home professional cleaned before, so I didn’t fully know what to expect and was nervous I wouldn’t be completely satisfied with the results. Trix was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. She called almost immediately after requesting a quote and made sure I was booking the correct type of cleaning. I went with a deep clean. Lillian and Sasha did an amazing job. They were both very friendly and spent the time beyond expected to make sure all the areas included in a deep clean were done well. I would absolutely recommend Purely Fort Wayne Cleaners.
