"We don't have an appointment scheduled with you, but we've had a phone mix up with another location. Would you like to schedule one for a different time?" That would have been a proper response when I showed up and I wasn't on their schedule. Instead, I was made to feel very unwelcome by a young receptionist. I'll just write it off to no much customer service experience. A potential customer walks in your door, and not only you turn them away, you screw your reputation.
