Very experienced in transmissions. I took my car to multiple shops and finally to Qualifast and that's where it was finally repaired correctly. I highly recommend them.
GIGI was a friendly person and listened to my problem and found the trouble. He did not charge me because his test drive told what the likely trouble was.
They were not able to help me with my truck because it’s too big but they were so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you for your time!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE QUALIFAST with Gigi in charge. I'm a single mom he's been my mechanic for over 15 years....great service and reasonable prices...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Sometimes we are "fortunate" enough to put our trust in a mechanic who is honest and trust-worthy. I waited about a month or so to write this review, as I wanted to make sure that my car was working well, after my visit to Qualifast Transmission. I put my faith in GiGi, as I commute and my car's transmission was not running smooth, as it should. GiGi was direct and suggested trying new fluid before trying anything else (to rule out more serious issues). I also was grateful he applied the Diagnostic Fee towards the total bill; many places do not do this anymore. The car has been running 100% better for a month now and I feel confident driving far distances. I did not need a new transmission after all and I cannot say enough "Thank You's" to GiGi and this shop! I have already recommended several people to see him. Thank you for being honest and showing that some mechanics still do the right thing and act with Integrity. I will be coming back to Qualifast Transmission.
