Customers frequently praise the availability of construction and gardening equipment, noting that staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with last-minute rentals. Many reviewers highlight reasonable pricing compared to competitors and the good condition of the tools. However, a few low-star reviews mention instances of poor service, including an unhelpful manager regarding rates and a security issue involving a stolen phone.

I went to this rental store and was very useful as I was able to rent last minute some equipment to finish a job for my concrete company, the person attending did a nice of job of pointing me where to locate the rental equipment I needed, only hope they could open later or extended hours on Saturdays when a lot of my jobs are being done, overall good experience would recommend.
Needed some power tools to finish up a job on the fly! This place was the closest one and was a great experience.
