They literally don’t even move out of their building until 7 on the dot instead of moving signage first before they open and then their card readers almost never function properly. Don’t go if you need to be somewhere

I don’t have anything negative to say about the staff or the equipment or the facilities being dirty. All of that is great. I actually really enjoyed this car wash and it is located right on my way home from work.
However, I will say the massive deterrent that I have from going here is honestly it stinks… I have been here about four times over the past three months or more. And every time that I go through, there is a horrible sulfur smell. And it almost smells like actual feces. I’m not even kidding. I guarantee it’s something to do with the water and I don’t know why it smells that way, but my entire truck smells like feces and sulfur when I leave here and the stink stays with the truck for a while.
I will happily move this to a five star review when I receive a message from management saying that the issue has been addressed and I go through without the sulfur smell.
10/13/2026 Update: after trying to pursue this with management and guest relations multiple times, I've been left with no response, even after being sent a reply to the email I sent in response to THEIR response to this review. I also visited in person about a week ago to address the issue, and I was refused entry for changing reasons for items in my truck bed that the manager previously allowed through, then I was told "every car wash has some sort of smell" by an employee that stated he was the manager? Unfortunate.

We want to clarify that our Store Leader emailed you on October 6 at the email address you provided to address your concerns, including sharing his contact information should you have any additional questions. They have not received a response to that email, but they remain available to continue the conversation.
Regarding your visit, our truck-bed policy requires all truck beds to be clear before entering the wash. This policy is clearly posted at our location prior to entering the tunnel and is in place because debris and other items can be picked up or get caught in the wraps and cause damage to your vehicle, any vehicle traveling behind you, and our equipment. During your visit, our Store Leader also asked that you remove your fire extinguisher from the truck bed due to safety concerns during the wash. These precautions are part of our responsibility to provide a safe experience for every guest.
We also appreciate you bringing the odor concern to our attention. Due to the wet environment of a car wash, odors can occasionally develop. When this occurs, our team does everything possible to make the necessary adjustments and address the issue as quickly as possible. We understand this has affected your experience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly. We welcome you to reconnect with our Store Leader using the contact information provided in his October 6 email.
