Ricky and crew are exceptionally talented and hard working at their craft. They left the worksite clean and pristine and every member of the crew was respectful and professional. I would not hesitate to employ them again.
I am beyond thrilled with the service from Ricky & Monica! I called yesterday (10.20) evening to see if they could help w/my downed ocotillo from Thursday's storm. I had called another "arborist" El Paso Arborist, on Friday. They promised me they could save it & it would last until this week when they could come…
Professional, hard working, great service! Had a tree uprooted and hanging over onto neighbors driveway. Team was here same day to remove it.
Real professionalism, understanding, Tree knowledge and all the proper equipment and really, really reasonable prices. Talk to several other Tree company quoted me so high that I had to pay just for them to come out to take a look at Trees. And they have free estimates.
Amazing job, need job done quickly and they were so easy to work with. Highly recommend.
R & M Tree Removal you have our deepest respect and appreciation!! During our time of grief, following our father’s passing, Monica from start to finish has demonstrated the utmost professional and compassionate demeanor throughout our interaction. From our first call in, to the following day where they squeezed us…
Great service awesome people on time very honest and trustworthy
They cut down a tree larger than my house and disposed of it in about 30 minutes
Called for a quote to remove 2 large pine trees and got quoted a great price. They came a little later the same day and removed and hauled off all wood and branches. They even hauled off a smaller tree that had died and fell over that we hadn’t had time to take to the dump ourselves. We will be calling again when we…
R&M tree service was very professional in trimming all the areas I needed to meet standards for my home by city code. Plus I had a tree stump that needed removal. Overall reasonable price, professional service and the gentleman Keyan was very understanding with my time table.
I have personally seen the work of R&M tree service and can say they are professional and do great work.
They are just about done with my home, they were great!! They took down 3 large pine trees, stump grind, clean up and they were able to complete the job all in the same day. Very professional, very reasonably priced, showed up exactly when they said they would, started immediately, and were quick! I highly recommend…

Extremely fast, did the job I called them for. Most importantly, same day service 👍🏽
Outstanding work and work ethics. Great customer service. Clean and fast and very prompt being there ahead of scheduled time. Definitely recommending for future services with friends and family.
Got a tree removed in front of my home. Fast service, doesn’t play games, straight forward , gets the job done. That’s for the whole crew. Showed up early, did what they said they were going to do, and at a fair price. Will be looking to get more things done for my homes landscaping.
Great people. Great service. Great price

Just wanted to take a moment and thank them for the awesome work they done. Our tree fell over due to high winds in the middle of the night. They came out secured it and came back in the morning to remove everything. Thank you all so much for answering the call after midnight and doing excellent, professional work…
They came out quickly to perform the work as spoke about. Worked as professionals. Cleaned up after themselves and left the property cleaner then when they started the work. I will be looking forward to work with them again in the future. We are planning future projects.
I can honestly say this tree service is absolutely a must to go to, they are professional with any service you need done and not only do trees but have skills and qualify for other services, I highly recommend them and will be calling them if I need anything else!

Called to ask them cut down a large dead tree over a year ago, and then again today for a fallen one. Fast and efficient work both times, definitely worth working with them!
Highly recommend this team!! They came to remove two 20 year old pine trees very close to my house. They removed the trees in a few hours with no issues and they cleaned up afterwards too! Another plus was they cut me logs for firewood and they cut the stumps in rounds for me so I could use them as chairs free of…
Very customer service oriented. Showed up early, asked us to define exactly what we wanted done (3 palm trees trimmed) and did excellent work including cleaning up the yard afterwards. Will use again.
This family owned company is a great find! They came out promptly, quoted us a very fair price, showed up on time the next day and cut down several cypress trees over 40 ft. tall AND mulched /hauled them away. They were courteous and worked carefully. I highly recommend them for tree trimming/removal!
Used R&M for tree removal service with great results and surprisingly affordable. It was a high grown pine tree with a lean to it; with the resent high winds I was worried it would fall to the neighbors yard and do damage. R&M showed up, reviewed the tree and went to work. R&M was concerned with my neighbors…
I can't say more positive things about this company. Quick response they were here in fifteen mins and cutting it down 5 mins after that. It was windy as hell and where some wouldn't even come for a estimate. They came and saved my home. They didn't charge me extra due to the circumstances. Amazing company respectful honorable owner.
R&M Tree Service did a great job removing 3 trees from our property. Rick Juan & Monica are very professional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to remove a tree from their property.

Very nice and professional people. Removed two trees and trimmed a large pine scrapping against the roof. They even cut slices from a stump for table decorations for my daughter's upcoming wedding. I can't thank them enough!

THIS tree service is by far the best in the El Paso/las crusas and surround area, they came by early in the morning and removed a 78ft and 98ft pine tree, not once did anything drop on my house, NOT TO MENTION that there crew is extremely respectful and gets the job done on time, I would definitely use them again if…
Great crew! I had three trees that needed to be removed and they did a great job with all of them. Ricky, Monica and their team were great from beginning to end. Professional and punctual. And kept in contact with me. No complaints at all on my part, I was even hesitant on what I precisely wanted, but they remained understanding and patient with me.

Although my wife and I had a hard time taking our Mulberry tree down it was inevitable. Either we did it on our terms or Mother Nature on hers. The latter would cause damage no mattter what direction it came down. In spite of not wanting to lose the tree it was the right thing to do and the R&M team really did…

I highly recommend Ricky and his company. I had a very urgent matter and he was very professional, fast and kept communicating every step of the way. Finished the entire job in one day! My Palo Verde Tree split in half due to the tree being top heavy. I had one branch in front of my garage and the other on a limb…
