For several years, we have used Rainaldi Home Services to take care of all our Air Conditioning & Plumbing issues. They have always done their jobs with excellent efficiency, integrity and punctuality! Never had any problems with their services personnel, dispatchers or home office. Would continue to use them and…
Great service from Rainaldi Home Services. Gerardo was absolutely amazing!
Our technician, Roderick, was very knowledgeable and personable. Not overly pushy, like some techs with some companies are. Just factual "this is what the problem is, this is why this thing works this way, this is what I recommend to fix it" etc. While I wasn't expecting it to cost *quite* so much, that's just how…
Thank you to Rainaldi and my technician Jonathan for explaining the issues with my ac unit. He was very knowledgeable!
Professional and friendly
Shannon from Rainaldi did a great job maintaining my ac and is reliable and friendly.
Lester, thank you for helping us during an emergency. Your company, represented by you, are the one who makes the difference in attention to customers. Company prices are competitive, but the willingness to serve is outstanding. Thank you again!
After an extended stay out of state, yesterday I returned to my residence only to find the temperature inside the house at 90°! It was a long hot night relying on my ceiling fan to move the air. One quick phone call today had a Technician from Rainaldi Home Repair at my home, he found the problem and changed out the…
Alex is a very nice professional guy. He went right to work and solved the problem quickly. He answered all our concerns and set us up with a consultation to replace the unit. Thank you very much: 9/10/36 Jonathan came to the house, quick service, friendly and helpful. Diagnosed problem and set us up on a service plan.
Shannon was our technician and he did a great job. He was kind, professional, and happy to answer any questions. I didn’t feel pressured to go with one on option or another. We were hesitant to sign up for the monthly $20 service plan at first but the 15% discount on our just over $2k service repair and being put in…
The Air Conditioner technician was courteous and performed his duties like a professional. I will continue to use their services without any hesitation.
I’ve used Rainaldi multiple times for water softener installation, plumbing fix, and A/C condensation cleanout. Can’t recommend them enough. Always professional and quick to respond. Shannon was out here fixing our HVAC within an hour of me calling even though it was after 5pm on a Friday. Thank you for helping keep us cool in this Florida heat.
The Technician, Mr. Jonathan Manglardi from Rainaldi Home Services was excellent. He was patient, kind and took time to explain everything to me. Thanks Rainaldi for sending such a wonderful person.
Huge thank you to Rainaldi Home Services, and especially to Leo, who serviced our A/C today. Leo was professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He was great to work with and made the whole process easy. Beyond today’s visit, everyone I’ve ever interacted…
Leo is fantastic, he’s an extremely knowledgeable technician who does great work. I would highly recommend reaching out to him for any HVAC needs.
Shannon great and friendly technician that service our maintenance on both AC handlers. Also installed 2 UV light easily on the same trip. Very respectful to our needs and my home.
Every part of the process had issues. You have to be a SME, Subject Matter Expert, to make sure you get what you want and more importantly, don't get screwed. We had Rainaldi install a slightly larger then needed new York 4 ton unit with all new ducting. We also installed new insulation in the attic. I wasn't told…
Rainaldi is always great service - technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, and offer no-pressure recommendations for system improvements. We use them for AC and plumbing, and have been very happy with their support.
Prompt service and expert technicians
Jonathan serviced our A/C. He was very professional and detailed. Thank you!
Had the AC inspected today as part of our monthly plan. Shannon was very professional and super friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable and treated our system and house with respect. I am so glad I have the Rainaldi monthly plan.
They went above and beyond I’m a bilateral amputee who needed a new a/c unit angel and Javier came spent a whole day here to make sure I was cool by evening they completely rebuilt the area my inside unit sat on as well as going up and down from the roof in the rain to make sure everything was working properly YOU…
Very dissatisfied and disappointed how unprofessional this company has dealt with an issue their technicians caused. Installing a supposedly brand new 10k A/C unit on my property only 3 months ago. Something was installed improperly which caused water leakage to my main floor bathroom ceiling. It was determined to…
Great customer service! On time and answers questions. Good knowledge of fixes and recommendations. Both technicians were excellent!
My first tech was Devon for a plumbing issue. He cleared the clog and explained in detail what was needing repair. Jeremy was my second tech sent out for an ac issue. He was awesome! He explained everything that was messing with my unit from working properly. He was also very knowledgeable and personable. The work…
Timely and professional service. Jon was great!
Eric was ideal — professional, friendly, and efficient.
Service was great. Leo the Technician was very straight forward and knowledgeable. Will recommend this company to anyone looking for service.
Eric was friendly and informative. I also feel like he took the time to properly assess and maintain what was needed. Thank you Eric! He did not have a proper key to unlock part of the system (to inspect, as part of the Maintenence) so hopefully Rainaldi corrects that. And to fix a drip on my mini split by…
Devon was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He provided me with all of my options on how to best repair my plumbing issue. I also was pleased to learn that he is a 3rd generation Rainaldi employee. Knowing that generation after generation is willing to work for the same company tells me all I need…
Our AC unit was acting up and our home was heating up pretty quick. We called Rainaldi and they were able to schedule our technician Mr. Shannon Jackson out the next morning. He was efficient with his diagnosis and was able to show me exactly what was going on and not just tell me after he checked everything out. I…
Great service and explanation of my system.
Leo was friendly, professional and thorough. Highly recommend Rainaldi Home Services.
The previous company was so bad that it's nice to know that there are still businesses that have caring people eager to serve the public. My nextdoor neighbor recommended this company yesterday. I called, and we were rescued today. We couldn't be more pleased! After waiting a week, we still received no response…
Exceptional service, on time and very courteous and polite!
Jon was friendly, efficient, and helpful.
Jeremy F. provided excellent A/C service for me. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue on an after-hours call and came as planned the next day to fix the immediate issue. He explained what needed to be done thoroughly, and has a great “customer service” manner. I have always been pleased with Rainaldi, and this service has been no exception.
Excellent efficient professional
Jeremy was friendly and helpful. He did a great job, I highly recommend this company.
Leo Schnelle did a great job inspecting the AC unit and recommending the necessary repairs to keep it working properly.
Rainaldi's tech, Leo, was extremely qualified. He was able to repair my AC handler to avoid my replacing it which would have cost between 13-18k. He inspected the AC compressor and replaced its capacitor. He cleaned out the drain line and taught me to use the emheat setting as it is less costly. His 26 years…
I had a great experience with Rainaldi. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, professional, and quick to schedule an appointment. The technician, Angel, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my unit. The repair was completed…
Very happy with the service provided.
I had a wonderful experience with Rainaldi Home Services thanks to their amazing AC technician, Shannon Jackson. Shannon was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend…
Great experience with my tech, Shannon. Very professional and informative person to have on your team. Thank you for your kindness!
For the life of me I don’t know why I call Rainaldi’s, every time I go there it’s the bait and switch. You call for a tune up and all of a sudden it’s always something else. I guess they can’t pay for the technicians with just doing a $55 dollar tune up, it aways your system is running fine but this is going, and…
Shannon has been our Service Tech for some time now, so we’ve gotten to know him which is a nice benefit. Continued great service! Ryan Dale
Shannon was great as always. He installed an AC surge protector today in a very efficient manner. Very professional service once again! Thank you.

Great service, professional, and not pushy.
Excellent customer service. Technician showed up promptly, identified the problem and completed the service in a matter of minutes. We couldn’t be more pleased.
Alex from the company came to my home for servicing. He was very respectful, very to the point, and handled all of my request and questions. I would leave more stars for Alex if possible, and I wish that he would be my technician every time, if the company allowed.
Appreciate honesty and integrity which this company shows!
The technician demonstrated a high level of professionalism and provided a comprehensive briefing on the current status and necessary repairs for our AC unit.
I believe that I have been taken advantage of with the monthly membership. The service technician quoted more than 400$ to perform a leak detection and that was with my “ discount”. I called another company for a quote and the service fee is 185$. I would not recommend this company and believe their prices to be inflated and unreasonable.
Shannon represented his company very well. In addition to his professionalism, he was very polite and likable. Job well done.
Always a great service and every tech and rep is wonderful and professional. Shout out to Jeremy and Dale for all your hardworking
Angel got to my house fast, walked me through what was wrong and what was needed. Very pleasant and knowledgeable, and fixed the AC unit.

Shannon came out to do our AC maintenance and was awesome to work with same as everyone else we’ve worked with from this company. Highly recommended them!
Prompt, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable
Finally the real deal HVAC troubleshooter! Ask for Shannon Jackson whom was very intelligent, and can actually fix your problem and explain every step (not over complicate things through technical jargon) and above ALL fix your problem! Highly recommend - Add and additional 5 stars to this review and make it a 10!
Thank you, Rainaldi, for the excellent service - keeping my AC working like a champ!

My AC went out and i spoke to representative Shari and she was super helpful and kind. Got Roderick to come out the next day to diagnose and fix the issue. He not only saved me money but pointed out what I can do to upkeep my unit. Highly recommend.
Excellent and prompt service!
Very professional all the way around … Roderick whom we’ve had in the past is very experienced knowledgeable knows his stuff, gets right to the issues with our AC system every time.
Rod was awesome and got out here fast to help fix our AC, very professional and honest. This is a great company with a great reputation in Orlando. Will continue to utilize them for all our AC and Plumbing needs. Thank you Rainaldi!

Leo was great explained everything was very professional and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Would call them or refer them to anyone I know
The Rainaldi technician was friendly, professional, helpful, very informative, courteous and the area was clean when completed.
Ryan and Leo were all-stars by helping us identify and fix our AC issue. Our rooms were super hot even with the AC running, and now that it’s fixed they’re 10 degrees cooler! Leo especially put in a lot of hours to replace our coils and correct other issues he found; we’re so grateful. Thank you Rainaldi team!
The tech was here on time. and carefully checked the ac system. stem to stern.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan. I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and integrity. Ryan arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about doing the right thing. My system is…
Re-piped the inbound water lines for entire house. Very efficient
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Rainaldi. When I moved into my first home, I had some issues with my water heater. Several other companies tried to sell me a whole home repiping before ever setting foot in my home. Some suggested they wouldn’t even work on the home without it. I called Rainaldi and…
Great company. I use them for A/C and plumbing. Very reliable and has good employees with great customer service.
The service guys are always so polite and explain everything clearly.

We have used Rainaldi for many years and needed services from AC installations and maintenance to plumbing. The team is always so nice and prompt. Work is done properly and professionally. Everyone is great answering questions and addressing any concerns. Highly recommend!
I had Rainaldi install my whole HVAC system in 2016 and they did an excellent job. Very professional. This year in 2023 I needed help with clearing out the drain on the system that was very clogged, as well as a diagnostic on my compressor. From the time I called to the time they were at my home it was only about…
