For several years, we have used Rainaldi Home Services to take care of all our Air Conditioning & Plumbing issues. They have always done their jobs with excellent efficiency, integrity and punctuality! Never had any problems with their services personnel, dispatchers or home office. Would continue to use them and…
Great service from Rainaldi Home Services. Gerardo was absolutely amazing!
Angel was terrific. Key identified the AC problem quickly. He not only fixed the problem but explained what I can do to prevent it in the future.
Shannon was our technician and he did a great job. He was kind, professional, and happy to answer any questions. I didn’t feel pressured to go with one on option or another. We were hesitant to sign up for the monthly $20 service plan at first but the 15% discount on our just over $2k service repair and being put in…
Had to call on a Saturday because our A/C suddenly shut off and even after googling possible fixes, we couldn't get it going. Though we hadn't used them before, they sent a technician right out (Jeremy). He was knowledgeable and professional and found the issue quickly (clogged discharge pipe). I also appreciated…
I’ve used Rainaldi multiple times for water softener installation, plumbing fix, and A/C condensation cleanout. Can’t recommend them enough. Always professional and quick to respond. Shannon was out here fixing our HVAC within an hour of me calling even though it was after 5pm on a Friday. Thank you for helping keep us cool in this Florida heat.
Excellent service. Shannon was quick & efficient but very thorough. I highly recommend Rainaldi for any AC & plumbing issues.
Leo is fantastic, he’s an extremely knowledgeable technician who does great work. I would highly recommend reaching out to him for any HVAC needs.
Great experience as usual. Angel was out here right on time but still gave us plenty of heads up prior. He was professional and polite, which put us at ease after a long night with no A/C. Gave us two great options and didn’t pressure us either way. Got the A/C running and updated us on our it’s current status based…
Had a great experience, thought Jeremy got list at 1st, running a little late, but Jeremy was definitely worth the wait. He was so patient with us even though it was miserabley hot. He explained everything he was doing to my son and I, very informative. In the military we would say "Promote Now". He's definitely worth it. Will use Rainaldi again
Every part of the process had issues. You have to be a SME, Subject Matter Expert, to make sure you get what you want and more importantly, don't get screwed. We had Rainaldi install a slightly larger then needed new York 4 ton unit with all new ducting. We also installed new insulation in the attic. I wasn't told…
My air conditioning unit needed to be repaired so I reached out to Rainaldi for help. They were able to accommodate me the very same day I called. Jeremy, The service technician, was very professional and explained exactly the work that needed to be done. He fixed the problem and got the unit running. Thank you so…
Josh was a joy to work with. He’s a hard worker and went above and beyond to help me.
Rainaldi is always spot on and so professional with their service, all my HVAC and plumbing needs. Highly recommend their maintenance services. Jeremy fixed our HVAC on a Sunday to keep us cool.
They went above and beyond I’m a bilateral amputee who needed a new a/c unit angel and Javier came spent a whole day here to make sure I was cool by evening they completely rebuilt the area my inside unit sat on as well as going up and down from the roof in the rain to make sure everything was working properly YOU…
Jeremy was great to work with. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC system, explained everything clearly, and had it back up and running in no time. I really appreciated his prompt and efficient service. Highly recommend!
John and angel were efficient and friendly.
My experience was excellent.
Very understanding and accommodating. I’m very pleased with Rainaldi once again. Thank you for your help!
My first tech was Devon for a plumbing issue. He cleared the clog and explained in detail what was needing repair. Jeremy was my second tech sent out for an ac issue. He was awesome! He explained everything that was messing with my unit from working properly. He was also very knowledgeable and personable. The work…
