I've now used Rainaldi three times - twice for plumbing and once for AC. They've got the job done all three times, each time with honesty and professionalism. I definitely recommend them.
Justin was great. He was prompt, professional, respectful, and through. Our plumbing problem was solved quickly. We have used Rainaldis for years; plumbing and air conditioning. Also, it was very nice of Teresa, to call back and check on things, us. She was the first person I spoke with that morning, and I mentioned…
Technician Chris was excellent and efficient, price was more than I expected.
Justin was awesome. Helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. He fixed all our problems and I would definitely recommend him to everyone!!
The team at Rainaldi Home Services is world renowned. After calling two other well known companies in our area and being stood up, only Rainaldi delivered the solutions we needed. We will only use Rainaldi from now on for all of our plumbing needs. Their customer service and expertise is extremely rare. They are a true pearl in the field.
Wow excellent professional service by Chris B. He explained everything and walked me through the repair.
Eric Hernandez was amazing. He was so clean and made sure to explain everything to me. The prices are ALWAYS so reasonable. And Eric arrived very quickly. All while keeping me updated on his arrival time.I will always use Rainaldi.
The technician who answered my service call, was thorough, professional and personable.
Fast and reliable service! They had someone come out to me within a 2 hour window from mw placing the call. Jeff was efficient and very nice. He even cleaned out the tub for us once he was done! We will definitely use this company again and recommend you do the same. You won't regret it!
Thank you Lee at Rainaldi Plumbing for solving shower drain problem. Rainaldi provided quick service and Lee their technician was courteous and knowledgeable. I will use Rainaldi Plumbing again and sing their praises to others.
I called Rainaldi called Rainaldi on Sunday for a main drain clog. I was surprised that they were able to take my call on Sunday and schedule me for Monday morning. I have to say after a bad experience with Roto Rooter on a similar issue, this experience was quite the opposite. I really appreciate the great…
We had a stressful plumbing emergency and Rainaldi Services sent Brandon out to diagnose and fix the problem. He was amazing and had our plumbing up and running quickly.
Kitchen sink backed up into bathroom sink. Brandon was prompt and explained cost. Took him only 5 minutes to diagnose and about 45 minutes to snake drain and fix. Suggested a drain cleaner to prevent future build ups. Great job.
Lee arrived quickly, was very friendly and unclogged our drain fast.
Excellent service provided arrived in a timely fashion and got straight to business
Devon was exceptional. Let me know ahead of time what he was doing or needed to do to fix my issue. I cannot thank him enough for his stellar performance.
Had a issue with main drain Mr Eric came out and handled it perfectly 👌
Over the Memorial holiday weekend, water from our home plumbing began backing up into the house. I called Rainaldi Plumbing and within the hour Cole arrived, diagnosed and corrected the problem. Rainaldi Plumbing is highly recommended!
My service technician Brandon and Rick were very professional and very nice to work with. He gave me options on how to solve my problem and then told me what I need to do. I would definitely recommend this company. Customer service is awesome. They are quick to disperse a technician so you don’t have to wait for…
Cole was awesome! Immediately came in and diagnosed the issue with my garbage disposal. He talked me through the issue and process, was transparent about the cost, did the work quick and efficiently and he was super personable as we just chatted about random stuff while the work was being done. 10/10 would recommend…
Lee was excellent!
Arrived quickly was very professional and friendly. Was able to fix the issue I was having and I could not be happier.
Devon was great....got me back up and running 😊 Thank you very much.
Fast service. Our tech did a great job and explained what he was doing. I would recommend.
Rainaldi always does a great job for me. Professional and polite. They installed a whole home dehumidifier and it went very well. The humidity dropped within 30 mins or so. Rainaldi has done a handful of jobs for me and I will continue to use them. They also just services my split unit and got it working correctly.…
Eric came over to fix the entire master bathroom clog. Our shower, toilet, bathtub and sinks were making a bubble sound which I’ve seen in a previous home become a large issue. That’s when I called in the professionals, knowing draino was not going to cut it. Eric was prompt, so kind, and super informative about…
Thanks for Nick and Brandon’s professional ‘Help and courtesy.
Quick, courteous, and friendly. The job was well done. Our shower is draining nicely now with a 30-day guarantee if there is a problem.
Eric and Devon did a great job. Eric refused to let the clogged pipe defeat him. He was persistent! They found the long-forgotten cleanout, unclogged the main line, and gave us options for the future. Explained everything they were doing. The video of the pipe was a huge help. Highly recommend.
Cole was great. Cleared my drain in no time. Thank you! Highly recommend Rainaldi.
Very responsive and came the same day I contacted them. The technician was very thorough and he quickly isolated the problem and fixed it. Couldn’t be happier!
We had a pleasant experience with Lee from Rainaldi Home Services. I called looking for a quote to fix a plumbing issue that came up suddenly (we live in a 100+ year old house and the master toilet started bubbling any time the shower or washing machine ran). Within 2 hours, I had a message the technician was on his…
Our service technician was excellent and has been with Rainaldi for years even though he’s a young man. Very knowledgeable.
We had to have Rainaldi Home Services send a Plumber to a rental house we have on a Sunday evening for an emergency call. Justin was the Technician that was sent. He called me and gave me his ETA. He then showed up on time, which is rare these days. He listened to my problems, looked at the plumbing issues and gave…
Rainaldi came in hours and unstopped the drain. They said their camera was in the shop. I waited a week and called. They said we will come today. They found additional roots and said "we can't remove them". We called Roto Rooter. They came and cleared the rest of the line.
Had a great experience with this company. Called and had same day service. Literally an hour after calling. Had two great techs come and look, Lee and Hunter. They were very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Also offered additional advice that would help us in the future. Highly recommend Rainaldi because of them !
Technician was professional and personable. He well assessed our problem made the required repairs to multiple sinks with draining problems.
If you want honest work, and awesome work please request Justin. He took the time out to explain what he was doing, made sure everything came out perfect. To be honest, the guy deserves a raise. Great customer service from the initial phonecall, but this feedback is truly for Justin. Thank you.
Tech was very knowlegeable.
I believe that I have been taken advantage of with the monthly membership. The service technician quoted more than 400$ to perform a leak detection and that was with my “ discount”. I called another company for a quote and the service fee is 185$. I would not recommend this company and believe their prices to be inflated and unreasonable.
Devon was great 👍 he explained in detail what was wrong and how he was going to do the job and was very friendly and professional. He definitely is an asset to Rainaldis plumbing service. And will request him for future repairs. Thanks Devon for the friendly professional attitude and great work.
Great service, super friendly tech. Thanks Lee!!
Justin was great! He gave helpful info, explained what he was doing and what the result should be, but he also explained what the next step might be, if necessary. He cleared a pipe build-up so that the water finally flowed again like it should, and there's no more eater backing up into my bathroom. Thank you Justin!
Service was amazing, Lee was an awesome dude, gave us a lot of great tips and tricks but also solved our issue in no time. Highly recommend!
Devon was great. Quickly worked with us to assess the issue, resolve it, and give us some helpful hints for future maintenance. Terrific experience overall!
The technicians were friendly and explained the issue and how they fixed the problem. Very Courteous and also told us how to keep this from happening again.
Technician was polite, well spoken and well groomed. He was very knowledgeable about the situation and how the issue was going to be resolved. He solved the issue by doing exactly what he said he was going to do at the quoted price. Later a second technician came out to video the pipe to check for cracks or tree…
From start to finish everyone was professional and friendly. Plumber explained problem with existing faucet (clogged) but I went ahead with new installation anyway. Refreshing to deal with a company that wasn't trying to sell me something I really didn't need--unlike these larger companies that have become more…
Had a great experience with your technician Lee Hernandez. We was great to talk with about our iss and the soulution.
The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem!
Very prompt, professional service. Devon was great. Thank you!
Devon was INCREDIBLE! Shortly after getting his equipment up on my roof (whole-house drain flush), he discovered that his electric auger wasn’t operating properly. I have used this company in the past. Tech was knowledgeable, prompt and the rate was reasonable. Excellent company. I highly recommend. We live in an age of ”I don’t care” but this service deserves more than a five star rating.
They came out the same day within a couple of hours. The price was competitive. Our technician, Devon, was super friendly and got the job done quickly!

We had a house full of overnight family staying with us. Before dinner the kitchen sink backed up due to the pipe beyond the disposal was clogged. Brandon came out and very quickly diagnosed and efficiently cleared the clog and went beyond to be sure it would not happen again by clearing the pipe way out.…
Nick was very professional and got the job done quickly.
Really pleased with the service we received. Had a plumbing emergency over Thanksgiving. Did not have any luck with 2 plumbing companies so we called Rainaldi and they sent someone right out. Had a blockage in our laundry room. It was not an emergency but Rainaldi got somebody out here first thing in the morning. Our technician Nick was very nice and professional. He got the blockage cleared quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the service and I felt like the pricing was fair.
We have been using Rainaldi for plumbing services for a number of years because of their professionalism, skill and integrity. Our last technician, Nick, is an asset to the team.

Brandon was the tech and he helped clear a years long problem in a matter of minutes. Great service from the first call to the end of the repair!!! Would give more stars if that was an option! Thank you Brandon!
We’re a family of six. To say we use the kitchen sink is an understatement! So when it clogged earlier this week it quickly became a huge inconvenience. She made the entire process stress free and easy. Cole was sent out to my house to fix a clogged tub. He was so professional and knowledgeable.…
The job was done well and quickly; the technician was very courteous and helpful.
Rainaldi called ahead, Hunter (the tech) arrived on time. He was professional and personable. He was willing to explain exactly what he was doing and kept me posted on what he found. He even invited me to "look over his shoulder" while he was working. The quoted price seemed fair compared to some other companies I…
Jessica was great on the phone helping me to book the service. Hunter was very knowledgeable and professional in the home. They are so quick to respond. We will never use anyone else ever again. Thanks again!!
I have to say that both Jessie and Colten were absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, very polite, very conscientious about their task at hand and did not leave anything to chance, they both made absolute sureity that everything was working properly before they left as well as cleaned up everything as if they weren’t…
Response and affordable
Whole house was backed up. Eric worked over 2 hours to get us unclogged. When he ran the camera there is major build up of grease, soap products, and grime over the years causing the blockage. I scheduled for them to come back out and jet clean all the lines to prevent future problems.
Every time I have used Rainaldi, they are very professional and go above and beyond to make it a great experience!
Andre was very kind, knowledgable and professional. Id highly recommend this business. Reasonably priced.
Friendly, on time, and professional service. I had a backup in pipes and they were at my house the same day! Within an hour! Cole was great and explained the process as he went along. Thank you Rainaldi for your help 👍+
Both kitchen sinks and dishwasher were backed up so we knew it was more than what we could handle on our own. I was thrilled to have a professional young man get to the house so quickly after calling for service. He was thorough and conscientious about keeping things as clean as possible, and even went the extra…
The technician was very professional, he came out at almost 8pm was able to take care of my issue and explained everything in detail. Will recommend to friends and family.
Eric was able to do what no other plumber was apparently capable of doing, clearing cat litter out of a drain from the previous owner of my house. They're up front with their pricing and super responsive and honest. 10/10 would recommend.
Better pricing then competitors, they found the issue quick and made sure everything worked. I called 3 people to come out before them, next time I’ll call them first.
The job was done quickly and professionally. Thanks!
As always they came on time and fixed the problem right away. And I’m satisfied.
Service was excellent. Hunter was my repairman and he was excellent! Went above and beyond on all three repairs.
Eric did a wonderful job of identifying the problem and resolving it quickly. Great conversation!
From the point of contact, Daija, who was wonderful, acted quickly and with Professionalism and kindness, to the Plumber Eric who was fast with an emergency, professional, kind and knowledgable. With a stressful situation, the level of worry came down since having a compitant and nice pro, Eric, knew what to do.…
We called Rainaldi for our clogged shower drain in the front bathroom, we were pretty sure it was a giant hairball clogging it. Devon was so professional and friendly! He arrived earlier than they said and he kept his mask on the entire time while here. He worked efficiently and showed me the differences in how the…
Devin was very pleasant. He took his time and assured me that the issue would be solved. He allowed me to ask questions and was very knowledgeable. He was prompt and stayed until I was completely satisfied. When I called this morning Sherry that answered was nice as well. She informed me that we would be a priority…
Excellent professional service
The service call started off rough. It might be because we called on Saturday night and got the answering service for the business and the request for service was never properly relayed. But after calling and speaking with someone at the business it was all smooth sailing from there. I was told the service tech…
The tech that did our clogged drain was polite, personable, and professional. He told us all that needed to be done and there were no hidden surprises.
Very happy with result.
Very professional and explained everything. Very impressive from start to finish. Great job Cole!. Thank you
Very professional. I was dealing with a difficult situation while the clogged drain was going on. He Took care of it easily. Very fair price as well. I will use them again.
Our technician, Cole was super professional and friendly. Fixed our problem for less than $200 when a different company had quoted us $19k and told us we needed to repipe our entire home. Great honest service, will definitely use again!
Professional. Efficient. I call them with all my plumbing problems as I live in an older condo that seems to need fixing. My next door neighbor has also used and appreciated their service. Melissa Holt, Realtor and listed on my Preferred Referral Vendors List.
Great service and very professional and pleasant service tech
Response was very quick, dispatcher called to advise 30 minutes out, technician arrived within 15 minutes if that call. Hunter (technician) surveyed problem and quickly made correct diagnosis. Clog approximately 25’ out into yard from house was discovered and unclogged immediately. Hunter ensured all drains were…
This company was awesome they came here right away so I didn’t have to wait long, the tech was awesome with explaining what was wrong and saying what he was fixing and explaining the price, and I love that there’s a 30 day warranty in case something else happens, definitely would recommend this company thank you for all your help
Hunter and Devin came out to my home today to help with a consistent drainage and clogging issue in the home. We had several other companies out to attempt to fix the issue and the issues would arise again in a matter for days. Hunter and Devin were professional and actually took the time to listen to the issues…
Just excellent. What else can I say. Hunter knows what he is doing. Thank you very much. The sweet sound of water flowing makes me happy.
Hunter Pearcy was a really good guy; friendly, professional, neat, clean, well mannered, and really enjoyable to have in my house. Only wish more trades people were like him.
