We had a stressful plumbing emergency and Rainaldi Services sent Brandon out to diagnose and fix the problem. He was amazing and had our plumbing up and running quickly.
Kitchen sink backed up into bathroom sink. Brandon was prompt and explained cost. Took him only 5 minutes to diagnose and about 45 minutes to snake drain and fix. Suggested a drain cleaner to prevent future build ups. Great job.

Rainaldi came in hours and unstopped the drain. They said their camera was in the shop. I waited a week and called. They said we will come today. They found additional roots and said "we can't remove them". We called Roto Rooter. They came and cleared the rest of the line.
Had a great experience with this company. Called and had same day service. Literally an hour after calling. Had two great techs come and look, Lee and Hunter. Tech was very knowlegeable.
I believe that I have been taken advantage of with the monthly membership. The service technician quoted more than 400$ to perform a leak detection and that was with my “ discount”. I called another company for a quote and the service fee is 185$. I would not recommend this company and believe their prices to be inflated and unreasonable.
