Discovered water on the floor of our bedroom, and found Rainaldi on the Internet. They had very good reviews, so we called them. Adam came to the house the same day, and assessed the situation. He told us what was going on, gave us options, and estimates. We decided to re-pipe the house. The crew who re-piped…
Fast response. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Plumbing inspection and subsequent hose bib replacement went well. Nicholas D. came out and did the inspection and the next day he was back with Brandon T. to perform the replacement of one of our hose bibs. They explained the whole process and completed the job expertly and cleaned up afterwards. Great work guys!
Great company. Service techs are professional and experts.
Installed my faucet quickly with no trouble.
Matt was very professional and extremely efficient. No mess and no hassle
Professional person. Quickly repaired my toilet. I signed up for the yearly maintenance agreement.
Rainaldi Home Services replaced 2 faucets on utility sinks, replaced the hot and cold valve stems in the 2 vanity faucets and repaired/reattached an outdoor faucet at the garage. Gary arrived on time and was very efficient completing the work. I will recommend Rainaldi to any friends who need plumbing work at their homes.
I had a wonderful experience with Rainaldi Home Services thanks to their amazing AC technician, Shannon Jackson. Shannon was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend…
This review is overdue, but I want to warn consumers to be careful. I was charged an excessive amount to replace my kitchen faucet, and the faucet installed was a generic no-name brand that appears to be from Amazon. The water pressure is now very poor and the overall quality looks cheap. It was an emergency…
Cody and his team came to our home around 7:30AM and had completed all the work before 12:00PM. They were courteous very professional and made sure that they took time to make we understood everything about our new pumbing pipes that Rinaldi installed for us. From the new water line for our refrigerator ice maker…
Gary has been a heaven sent coming to fix my home pipes, tubs and toilets. Gary you’re the best.
So the only reason I really am grateful to give a five star review is because of the technician Alberto Guzman. The person was first of all very respectful towards me. And then did not push anything else to be sold. He clearly stated he could fix the faucet (or repair rather) and he was actually very quick at his…
Michael Cash did a fantastic job!!
Our plumber, Josh, was on time, very professional and a pleasure to work with. We later had Billy and Gary back to replace a shower control and diverter valve. They did a great job installing the new valves in a challenging location. The completed work restored our tiled shower to a like-new condition. We use Rainaldi for all our plumbing needs.
Billy did an excellent job. We were thoroughly satisfied with his service and level of professionalism. We will absolutely use Rainaldi Plumbing and request Billy as our technician in the near future.

Stan is a very respectful and honest professional. He will give you a quote with several case scenarios to make sure you get the best services and fair prices. Quick, fair price and high quality work.
We had a drip under our kitchen sink and Stan came out to fix it. He was great and really friendly. Turns out we needed a new faucet so we got one through Rainaldi and he installed it really quickly same day. The only issue I had, and the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, was that I was quoted a certain price with…
We are very happy with the work that Stan has done. He is a pleasure to have in our home. He is very skilled and assured us in all the repaires. We won't worry about leaks anymore!! Thank you!!

Stan who came out to replace 3 shutoff valves and install a new kitchen faucet was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Explained all our options and was very efficient. We have used Rainaldi for several years and will continue to do so.
Eric did a great job! He went above and beyond!
Experience going back to total home re-piping in 2017. Stan did a fine job today and double checked our re-pipe system to ensure no leakage.
Rainaldi just installed a new air-conditioning system for me. They were able to have it installed the next day. I have used then in the past for a water heater, disposal and other plumbing installations. They are dependable and do outstanding work.
I had what appears to be a slab leak in my old copper pipes which was the third one in a few years so rinaldi suggested a total repipe of the house which I thought would be a little expensive, but they gave me a quote I thought sounded fair for The scope of The job and they came literally within a day or two and had…
Rinaldi did a house repiping in just 7 hours. The job was fast, efficient and great. They cleaned up afterwards and left everything tidy. Excellent work.
excellent and clean service.
Very happy with service. Came out quick, identified issue, and fixed it! Thank you for your service! Much appreciated!

We have used Rainaldi for years. This morning I called for a leak we noticed under our sink lastnight. Before noon, Kallel was at our home & took care of the problem with efficiency & professionalism. Thank you!
Kallel was an excellent technician. Solved my plumbing issue perfectly!
Jose, was prompt and professional very friendly on top that he did a nice job repairing my kitchen faucet.
No good. The first day they are supposed to come they did a no call no show the second day they sent the wrong person with the wrong tools and had to have another person come out later that afternoon after all work was done I did not receive a receipt or invoice that was needed for insurance and once again, I could…
Always dependable to get the job done right!
The whole experience was great from booking the repair online, speaking with the office (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) about the details and scheduling, to the completion of multiple services. Frank was awesome!
He did an awesome job he was very professional ! Would definitely recommend him..
Great service. Very professional and cleaned up after
Great service and knowledge. Will always call Rainaldi
This company tried to prey on my wife, knowing she had no idea how much connecting a faucet and garbage disposal should cost. Came over for an estimate after we had countertops replaced, looked at the already installed faucet that just needed water lines connected (which takes 10 seconds) looked my wife in the eye…
Rainaldi has been the best AC plumbing company we have ever used. They come out when they say they will and do what is needed without trying to sell you on things you don't really need. I would recommend them 100% of the time for any of the services they offer!!
Technician was very professional. Very satisfied with the services done and the technician that performed them.
My Rainaldi repair guy could not have been a better representative of your company. I was comfortable, and relieved, from start to finish. I have used you before and I will again. Thank you.
Eric was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and detected problems I didn't know I had which would have surfaced at a later date. Thankful that he could come quickly to help me out! He is a great Rainaldi employee!
I got home and found water in my kitchen floor, called Rainaldi and Brad was here within an hour. Brad identified the leak as a leaky faucet and he replaced faucet. Before leaving he verified everything was working correctly with no leaks and picked up all his trash. I will definitely call Rainaldi again for any plumbing issues.
Very professional service. The service technician was patient and pro-active in gaining access to the gated community. I lice in New York and needed to install a new faucet in a rental unit in Orlando. Communication was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend this company.
After losing my plumber to retirement, I was referred to Rainaldi's. Wow! Great service at a fair price. Very professional with great follow-up. They call you when they're on their way and call you immediately after completion to may sure you are completely happy with the work. That's important. Finally, Jesse,…
Awesome service and arranged quickly, as always...and we’ve called on them for decades. Best group in town for any plumbing or AC issue you might have.
As one who dreads having to call a plumber or any type of service that I suspect will come with a high dollar amount I approach these things with a healthy level of suspicion. With that being said, I cannot say anything negative about Rainaldi. The entire experience from calling them to the technician finishing was…
My review will be fairly short because my experience with Rainaldi was perfect. The technician, Nick was a gentleman and was practicing covid-19 safety which was very much appreciated. Nick looked over the situation saw what I needed explained it thoroughly gave me options did the work cleanly without leaving any…
Great service. Better results! The only plumbing company to use!!
Job cost more than I expected.
Hunter Pearcy was a really good guy; friendly, professional, neat, clean, well mannered, and really enjoyable to have in my house. Only wish more trades people were like him.
Stan did an excellent job. He provided 6 options in writing and explained each. He installed 2 bathroom faucets and a garbage disposal. He kept me informed of his progress and when he completed the work we tested and reviewed each project. Stan was very professional and I would not hesitate to have him work on any future projects.
Great service, We are very pleased with technician Billy.
