I had a busted Moen tub cartridge. Within 60 minutes of my call, a repairman was dispatched (Jesse). He was very courteous and professional, and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. I am a repeat customer and will call Rinaldi for any plumbing needs, as my default go-to plumber.
This company was extremely honest and fair. The communication was great throughout the process, and I thought they did an excellent job with the repair.
Frank came to fix our plumbing issues today and did a marvelous job. He is skilled and he is patient in addition to being a real expert at his craft.
Rainaldi Home Services replaced 2 faucets on utility sinks, replaced the hot and cold valve stems in the 2 vanity faucets and repaired/reattached an outdoor faucet at the garage. Gary arrived on time and was very efficient completing the work. I will recommend Rainaldi to any friends who need plumbing work at their homes.
