I can’t say enough good things about Alberto. He was thorough and professional, and walked us through every step of the way. Any future jobs I want Alberto to do the work

Gary took good care of us. Everything was well done, quick, and easy
The service was great- they came out quickly and our technician was super nice. The only thing is that the pull out on the faucet doesn’t retract all the way back in easily. I may have to have them come back
Jessie was so prompt and friendly! Calvert thoroughly with his explanations and follow up. Would definitely use them and ask for Jessie if possible! Great service!
Jesse was my plumber. He was on time, polite, respectful and most of all knowledgable. He came here originally to replace leaking disposal and leak in other side of sink. So the only reason I really am grateful to give a five star review is because of the technician Alberto Guzman. The person was first of all very respectful towards me. Great work today (12/10/25) by Devon and Nick on our clogged toilet line. Nick thoroughly cleaned out the line and Devon followed-up with a camera inspection to determine the level of residual blockage (and future need to perform a hydro/jet flush of our entire house to remove all build-up). Very good teamwork by…

Way overpriced!! $435 to replace shower faucet cartridge after I had already 1 turned water valve off 2 removed faucet handle and faucet surround 3 removed clip holding cartridge 4 pulled cartridge from plastic surround cylinder. All Rinaldi had to do was to heat end of screw driver with torch and remove plastic…

Kallel was an excellent technician. Solved my plumbing issue perfectly!
We snapped a pipe while demo’ing our kitchen and Kallel came out to fix it. He was very kind and proficient. The visit was only $39 to show up, but $200 just to cap a pipe - which took less than a half hour.
Jose, was prompt and professional very friendly on top that he did a nice job repairing my kitchen faucet.
I discovered a leak underneath my kitchen sink. So I looked on-line and found Rainaldi. When I called Rainaldi, the super nice receptionist said they had a man in the area and then he came to my home a little while after the call. Frank took a few minutes to look under the sink and he quickly determined a cost. He…

I had an ongoing leak that progressively kept getting worse in the bathroom. I called Rainaldi and they were able to have someone come out that afternoon/evening to get the leak stopped. While they do respond quickly and only $39 for a service call, they will try to up sell you on very expensive fixes.
