Technician was on time, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, explaining what the problem was and how it needed to be repaired so as no more water would leak all over the kitchen floor. Alberto was very professional and friendly and finished the job on time
Have you had issues with a decrease in water pressure? I know I have and it had become so bad that if one of us were in the shower, there’s no way someone else would have enough water pressure to take a shower at the same time, wash dishes, laundry, or use the hose outside. Well, I called the City of Clermont, who…
Justin and Devon were awesome!

Jesse was my plumber. He was on time, polite, respectful and most of all knowledgable. He came here originally to replace leaking disposal and leak in other side of sink. Josh was a joy to work with. He’s a hard worker and went above and beyond to help me.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed how unprofessional this company has dealt with an issue their technicians caused. Installing a supposedly brand new 10k A/C unit on my property only 3 months ago. Something was installed improperly which caused water leakage to my main floor bathroom ceiling. It was determined to…
I just wanted to take moment to thank the team at Rainaldi, from young lady who answered the call to Alberto following up, completing the repairs and ensuring the work was done. Super professional and super efficient. Same day service. The pricing was fair. Just an all around great experience. Thanks we will be reaching out again for any future service.
The Rainaldi Home Services is such a great company. The technicians are very professional and have a positive attitude. The thing that I loved about the company is the communication with the customers. When you call for service, you will always get a text or an email from them that the Technician is on their way.

I had a water line leaking, water gushing everywhere. You could not see the meter box at all. Michael arrived on time and quickly got to work. Michael made an emergency visit at midnight to stop the water leak in my garage. He was able to stop the shut-off leak and correctly diagnose the problem behind the wall. Great work today (12/10/25) by Devon and Nick on our clogged toilet line. Nick thoroughly cleaned out the line and Devon followed-up with a camera inspection to determine the level of residual blockage (and future need to perform a hydro/jet flush of our entire house to remove all build-up). Very good teamwork by…

Rainaldi was quick to respond to my home plumbing emergency, professional and communicative the whole way through. From the day I called explaining that I'd had a massive leak to the day they diagnosed the problem and gave me optoins, to the single day they re-piped the entire house, that time spanned less than a…

I was having a hidden issue with water leaking and reached out to Rainaldi’s for help. The tech showed up on time and found out where the leak was coming from. Toilet was replaced as well. Any questions I had were answered courteously. I would recommend the company to others.
Once again Rainaldi came through. When mom’s AC unit stopped working they had Dale out the next day to give us an estimate on a new system. The price seemed fair so we set a date for th3 install. When the day arrived Danny and his partner showed up and even with the many surprises that an old house brings they…
Horrible experience! Called to get service and schedule appointment on Saturday for leak at our rental. I accepted the extra cost for weekend of 88$ and agreed for leak detection fee of 233$ despite the fact the leak made a stain on ceiling so not sure how much “detection” would be needed. Well Guy never showed up…
We have used Rainaldi for many years and needed services from AC installations and maintenance to plumbing. The team is always so nice and prompt. Work is done properly and professionally. Everyone is great answering questions and addressing any concerns. Highly recommend!

I had called another large company in the area multiple times to help with an emergency plumbing issue and I never received a call back, but when I finally called Rainaldi home services, they called me back almost immediately. The on-call service was prompt and responsive, ensuring I had speedy service. The…
Had a leak from a refrigerator line in our attic that other companies just did a quick repair for a couple of other times in the past. Rainaldi’s service technician, Nick, proposed a permanent fix rather than just going for the quick fix like the other places had. Really appreciated that he did that and it showed…
Want to thank the technician Al Guzman for the outstanding work. He quickly diagnosed the source of my water leak and quickly resolved the problem. Mr Guzman was friendly and professional. Will ask for him the next time I have a plumbing issue.
Fortunately we had Gavin promptly arrive to troubleshoot our garbage disposal that Rinaldi had installed 6 years earlier. Gavin thoroughly checked all the under sink pipes, located the drip, and installed a new Badger5 that was provided by Rinaldi. Unlike some technicians, Gavin was enthusiastic and clearly enjoyed…
Professional and honest. Highly recommend. Frank was excellent and knowledgeable.

We are grateful to the Rainaldi team of Hunter, Eric and Sherrie who all swooped in to help our business stay open when our very old pipes were clogged. Eric was fast, communicative, professional, fun, thorough and caring. We are using Rainaldi as our plumber of record, moving forward.
I was impressed from the moment they took my phone call. They responded to my house within hours of my phone call. I had a leak somewhere and they quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to restore water to my house within 20 minutes of their arrival. They probably diagnosed the issue where a different company…
Water on laundry room floor. Clogged washing machine drain was repaired. Machine is still leaking so tech turned off water and advised I will need an appliance repair company to evaluate and repair.
The team replaced bolts on the tank. They also repaired an unexpected leak from the pvc pipe and replaced the wax ring. The team was thorough and professional. They cleaned the work space before departing.
Everything was great. All the people Rainaldi sent were top-notch. Hunter diagnosed our leak problem on Day One, Adam explained our options as far as repiping our house and why it made more sense than fixing the single leak in an ancient, fragile copper pipe on Day Two, and Brian's crew knocked out the repiping job…
Super helpful and thorough, I feel I know what to do if it happens again.
Eric with Rainaldi Home Services was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and proactive. He listened to our concerns and quickly resolved our issue. We will certainly be calling Rainaldi Home Services the next time we need plumbing services.
We have had some ongoing plumbing issues. First thought call Rainaldi Home Services. We had some bandaid repairs over the last few weeks. After losing my plumber to retirement, I was referred to Rainaldi's. Wow! Great service at a fair price. Very professional with great follow-up. They call you when they're on their way and call you immediately after completion to may sure you are completely happy with the work. That's important. Finally, Jesse,…
They were good but very, very expensive. The technician was there probably about 45 minutes and charged me over $450. He said that was the standard price to fix a leak. The technician cut out a piece of pipe that had a hole in it and replaced it with a new piece of pipe. I won’t use them again.
My toilet was leaking so I called you guys up. Hunter was excellent very professional and on time also did a great job cleaning up afterwards there is no mess I am super happy and have already recommended to other friends!!!!
Nick, came to my home and repaired an outdoor spigot that was leaking. He had bust a hole in the exterior wall and remove the old spigot and replace it with a new one. The hole was of minimal size and patched expertly. He was very efficient and kind to my 3 year old grandson who watched his every move. Thanks Nick…
Excellent service and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company. 👌
They did a re pipe on our house, showed up on time scheduled, were in and out by 3pm that same day, looks scary at first with all the wall cutting, but repair guy showed up the next day, and they all did such an outstanding job you wouldn't even know they were here, we were so impressed, and I would recommend them…
