Alberto came out quickly when our hose connection was pouring out everywhere. Turned out to be a broken pipe in the wall and he fixed it the same day! Very happy with the Rainaldi’s whole team from scheduling to service.
I had an excellent experience using this company. We had an unknown water leak and they came out the same day to do leak detection. Chris Ashcraft was the technician and he was the best. Figured out the primary leak almost at once and was able to do the repair on the spot. He also detected a smaller secondary leak…
Fast, very knowledgeable and great customer and communication skills! Devon provided stellar service!!
The team at Rainaldi Home Services is world renowned. After calling two other well known companies in our area and being stood up, only Rainaldi delivered the solutions we needed. We will only use Rainaldi from now on for all of our plumbing needs. Their customer service and expertise is extremely rare. They are a true pearl in the field.
Rainaldi Home Services is extremely professional, helpful and understanding. They provide excellent services and are available to assist you through your home repair and projects. Pipes replaced throughout my home. Great job!
Our technician was Chris B. And he was awesome. We needed help for something I had dropped down the drain and toilet that wouldn’t stop running. So many technicians and companies now try to upsell you. That’s not this tech or this company. They worked my problem with no extra. Highly recommend this tech and company.
Gary Spears assessed and analyzed the situation and fixed the water leak issue. He explain very clearly what needs to be done and his experienced and service is exceptional and highly recommendable.
I can’t say enough good things about Alberto. He was thorough and professional, and walked us through every step of the way. Any future jobs I want Alberto to do the work
Matt Stark was outstanding! He did a wonderful job! Anytime we call you for work to be done we would like you to send him back! Don / Pam
Excellent response time and excellent repair!
Cash helped diagnose and repair a leak on an exterior hose bib - friendly, knowledgeable and did a clean install and stucco patch.
Have you had issues with a decrease in water pressure? I know I have and it had become so bad that if one of us were in the shower, there’s no way someone else would have enough water pressure to take a shower at the same time, wash dishes, laundry, or use the hose outside. Well, I called the City of Clermont, who…
Gary Spears was great. He listened to me as I explained the several items that need to be done. He answered all of my questions before, during and after. I am going to continue to have my home serviced by Rainaldi because of how professional, polite and friendly he was.

Great service. Josh was professional, explained everything in detail and the options available to me. Service was great and definitely recommended them for your plumbing and other household needs.
I had probably the smoothest, easiest, best experience with Rainaldi. My grandfather’s (Hathaway) shower was overdue for repairs, but we were worried about cost, time and starting a project. Starting with calling, i spoke to the most cheerful, professional, wonderful young lady in the office, India, she made the…
I am totally satisfied with the service provided by Rinaldi. I inadvertently pierced a water line, and Joshua came I out within 30 minutes, and repaired the pipe. He was very courteous & professional. Another satisfied customer. I highly recommend them.

Thank you Joshua! I appreciate always being treated as your #1 customer not just your expedient and professional services. You're my hero!
Jesse was my plumber. He was on time, polite, respectful and most of all knowledgable. He came here originally to replace leaking disposal and leak in other side of sink. I asked him what would work best for a replacement kitchen faucet. He gave me great advice. I bought one and he came back 4 days later to put it…
I just wanted to take moment to thank the team at Rainaldi, from young lady who answered the call to Alberto following up, completing the repairs and ensuring the work was done. Super professional and super efficient. Same day service. The pricing was fair. Just an all around great experience. Thanks we will be reaching out again for any future service.
The Rainaldi Home Services is such a great company. The technicians are very professional and have a positive attitude. The thing that I loved about the company is the communication with the customers. When you call for service, you will always get a text or an email from them that the Technician is on their way.
Matt was prompt and courteous. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us a reasonable quote for the repair.
Same day service is a huge reason for 5 stars. The pricing was pretty darn steep for fairly simple plumbing work but our plumber helped work on pricing and directed us to a coupon on the website. The plumber who did the work, Justin, was great and did quality work.
Jose was our tech. He was on time, professional, nice and identified our problem right away. He was able to give us a fair price and complete the job within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied with the service that I received from Rainaldi. I will use them again, and I would recommend them.
Devon and Matt did great. The service was quick and seemed effortless. They had our problem fixed within the hour.
We called Rainaldi after having a bad experience with another company. They came out same day we called and fixed our problem in about 20 minutes. Last year they put in a full air conditioning into our home. We were pleased with that experience as well. It has been a great pleasure working with Rainaldi. They have…

This is a professional company and is deserving of 5 stars. I had an urgent issue, was able to call and speak to a person quickly. They had a tech to me within a couple of hours. So glad Rinaldi folks were working on Memorial Day. Joshua was to the house in about 15 minutes to take care of our pipe leak. He explained what he was going to do and the cost. He was professional and knowledgeable. We had our water back! The service call went pretty quick. Whole episode took about an hour and a half.
Service technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Repairs were timely and thorough.

Saeed Shakur came by and he is a rock star. Super nice and professional. Great work!!
Alberto Guzman saved the day. We had a very straightforward issue, he gave it to us straight, offered us a fair price, and recommended a better fix in the future. He was out within one hour after we called and he was fair on price. Most importantly he got the job done and the water back on for us. Very satisfied!

Gary has been a heaven sent coming to fix my home pipes, tubs and toilets. Gary you’re the best.
Unfortunately had a leak under the slab of my house. John and his helpers showed up in the morning to do a home recipe. They worked very efficiently and had the water on to the whole house by 12:30 pm. No leaks. Now to wait on inspection and drywall. Overall so far very satisfied.
Very professional, very thorough, would highly recommend this company. The team that did the work was great,
Excellent service but pricey!
Andre was absolutely fantastic! He was able to fix my plumbing leak in a timely manner and explained everything he did! Thank you so much for an awesome job!
Andre was exceptionally good explaining all the problems with the plumbing. He did a really good job
Gary Spears was great. He arrived timely, worked efficiently, and everything remained clean and organized. Would definitely recommend him.
The tech cleaned the bathroom pipes without any specialized equipment that I could notice so I believe it was a little high priced but the overall outcome was successful
Great service and fast job completion
I believe that I have been taken advantage of with the monthly membership. The service technician quoted more than 400$ to perform a leak detection and that was with my “ discount”. I called another company for a quote and the service fee is 185$. I would not recommend this company and believe their prices to be inflated and unreasonable.
Chris was amazing, very knowledgeable and capable. My problems was fix very happy with outcome
Every single time we have had to have Rainaldi come out, the technicians are quick, efficient and knowledgeable. We are never disappointed with the services and will continue to call them when we a problem arises.

I called the office at 3:19pm for an emergency situation because the hose bib on my outside faucet broke and my shut off valve would not work so water was spraying out of the wall on the outside and leaking into my garage on the inside. Antonio arrived at 4:25 and had everything fixed by 7:15p. Now that’s what I call ‘excellent customer service’!
Frank arrived on time, was very professional and easy to work with and fixed our problem. Thank you for being so professional and pleasant. We have a fix and can move on with other activities.

Cody and his team were awesome to work with. Kept me well informed with what they were going to be doing through the process.
Professional courteous and amazing communication. Not inexpensive but definitely professional.
Michael made an emergency visit at midnight to stop the water leak in my garage. He was able to stop the shut-off leak and correctly diagnose the problem behind the wall. Very professional, clean, on time. Thanks Andrey
The technician was very helpful in answering my questions.
We were serviced in a wonderful way -- from Stan coming to assess our situation, to Adam giving us a fair estimate, to Cody and him team of four doing the actual repiping. The whole process covered only a couple days. Great service. Friendly people. They saw additional needs that we had and took care of them as well.
Every step of the process the Rainaldi team was fantastic. I was amazed at the efficiency and the quality of their work. And of that wasn’t enough they came in with the best pricing as well. The county inspector confirmed to me that Rainaldi was one of the few companies that he sees that consistently does quality…
They were quick and efficient. I was given a few price quotes on how to complete the job a few different ways. If I have another issue, I'll be using them in the future.
The response time over the weekend was fantastic, and while the service call fee was high, that made perfect sense for an emergency weekend call on a Sunday night. The cost of the parts was outrageous. What was installed would have cost us a fraction of the price had we been able to get to the hardware store. I…
Just had Rainaldi complete a major job replacing a broken water service to our home. We had them do some work back in 2010 and again they were the best price and did a great job. I will call them first for any other repairs we need to our 1950 home in the future.
Great job... very friendly...

This business has very good workers who worked well as a team in accomplishing what had to be done .They were pleasant and respectful. They also left their work areas clean..
I had called another large company in the area multiple times to help with an emergency plumbing issue and I never received a call back, but when I finally called Rainaldi home services, they called me back almost immediately. The on-call service was prompt and responsive, ensuring I had speedy service. The…
I've been using Rainaldi's for the past 40+ years! They are absolutely the BEST in the business . . . always professional, always timely and always provide quality work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
The technician called when he was on his way. Arrived on time. Fixed everything and made sure no leaks. I’m satisfied with the job and would use them again.
Had a leak from a refrigerator line in our attic that other companies just did a quick repair for a couple of other times in the past. Rainaldi’s service technician, Nick, proposed a permanent fix rather than just going for the quick fix like the other places had. Really appreciated that he did that and it showed…
Fortunately we had Gavin promptly arrive to troubleshoot our garbage disposal that Rinaldi had installed 6 years earlier. Gavin thoroughly checked all the under sink pipes, located the drip, and installed a new Badger5 that was provided by Rinaldi. Unlike some technicians, Gavin was enthusiastic and clearly enjoyed…
Professional and honest. Highly recommend. Frank was excellent and knowledgeable.
I'm disabled and your company was efficient and fast and outstanding work. The best repair service and reasonable priced
We had a leak on the exterior of the house while we were out of town. Rainaldi was very responsive and had a technician out at the house the same day. Tech Stan did great. He was a total pro. Well spoken, courteous and efficient. Pricing estimate was up front. Diagnosed my water leak in first floor ceiling. Found problem. Second story shower valve cold supply line had enough after 19 years. Slow leak. Priced the solution and did the work. Problem solved. No…
This company is 5 Stars all the way. I needed to do a repipe in my home. Had a few other contractors out to the house and I guess because I am a woman they thought I was naive or stupid. Not with Rainaldi’s. They worked around my crazy schedule. Adam came out early one morning to do my estimate. He was polite,…
I have nothing but good things to say about Rainaldi. I had an inspection on a house that I was selling which showed a plumbing leak on the main line into the house. I was on a bit of a time crunch and Rainaldi was able to come out the same day to fix it. The leak was in a very tight space which had caused problems…
Adam was great from the start to finish!

I’m a local Orlando real-estate investor with multiple rental properties in town. Rainaldi Plumbing has completed multiple full house RE-pipes and drain line repairs on my multi-family properties. Adam, Hunter and Richard are first on the scene with a plan that is thorough and a price that is fair, followed by…

I had to have my whole house repiped. The guys did a great job and they were done with all the repiping in 4 hours. They even change all the on/off valves. I'm very happy with everything they did. Great job guys 👍👍
Pipe broke at 8pm the previous night called a different company, but they never arrived despite saying they would dispatch someone. Called Rainaldi at 530am (my wakeup time for work). Their representative let me know the technician should call me within 30 minutes. When that time passed, they followed up at 617am…
Overcharged a lot. After researching the repair, discovered a typical repair of replacing a closet flange on a toilet is around 175$. I was charged $780. Do not use this company
They did a super job. The price was right. They men doing the work answered all my questions. The office followed up to make sure I was happy. More importantly, the cleaned up to my wifes satisfaction when done.
Everything was great. All the people Rainaldi sent were top-notch. Hunter diagnosed our leak problem on Day One, Adam explained our options as far as repiping our house and why it made more sense than fixing the single leak in an ancient, fragile copper pipe on Day Two, and Brian's crew knocked out the repiping job…
System ( hot water side) clogged due to water softener failure. Cleared piping, all good
Rainaldi has been the best AC plumbing company we have ever used. They come out when they say they will and do what is needed without trying to sell you on things you don't really need. I would recommend them 100% of the time for any of the services they offer!!

The three man team from Rainaldi came to my house due to a major repipe in entire house. They finished it in one day! We reviewed everything that was done and gave me the paper work on my new plumbing system!
The Rainaldi technician was on time, professional and courteous. Fixed the issue promptly. Price was fair. Would definitely use them again.
We had our house repiped. Whole process took a day. John explained the whole process before and did a complete walk through when completed.
Complete repipe of my residence. Three men who worked extremely well together as a team, moving smoothly from one section of the house to another, cleaning as they went along. Very professional and courteous.
My Rainaldi repair guy could not have been a better representative of your company. I was comfortable, and relieved, from start to finish. I have used you before and I will again. Thank you.
Eric was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and detected problems I didn't know I had which would have surfaced at a later date. Thankful that he could come quickly to help me out! He is a great Rainaldi employee!
We have been dealing with plumbing issues for two years. No showers or toilets in our house. So many inspectors and companies came to our house. I had a leak underground and someone was sent out promptly. John did a great job explaining all of my options, and did his best to save me money in the repair. He was professional, courteous and did excellent work. Pictures and an invoice were provided to me to present to the water company to use for an adjustment in my bill.

Adam's team did a great job in re-piping my entire home. They were in and out quickly. Adam was great in touring my home and explaining the type of work that would be done in each room. Made me comfortable in their service.
I never write reviews but had this company repipe my whole house (4000 SF) They were simply amazing. The got there on time, got to the job, did professional work and completed the job with their crew of 6 in 1, yes 1, day (8:30-4:30). The repairman for the drywall call 3 days later and repaired all holes. This…
As always, excellent service. Plumber knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
Scam. I called for emergency service and was told someone would be at my house in 2-3 hours and the cost would be $88 plus parts. I called back after 3 hours and I was strung along for 12 hours. The technician finally arrived at 9:30 at night. And proceeded to present a bill for $455!!! When I asked why the price…
Excellent service-very happy
Had a tree root around leaking pipe. Root was 4” in diameter. Much sawing. Good repair. No more leak. Thank you Tim Smith!

He did a great job. Stan was the best . .
Needed a leak to be fixed, came the same day and fixed it. Very professional Thank you for you quick response.
Rinaldi came out promptly to fix a broken pipe but $450 for a 2 hour service call is exorbitant. I didn't have much choice at the time but I won't be calling them back.
Great service and quick turnaround time. Jose was awesome!
Very good business with qualifications stated in this post, just kind of expensive.
Adam was great. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly.
