I've now used Rainaldi three times - twice for plumbing and once for AC. They've got the job done all three times, each time with honesty and professionalism. I definitely recommend them.
Set up appointment in AM and they arrived early afternoon. Solved my main line drain issue and kitchen draining issue promptly. Would recommend to anyone needing fast, quality plumbing services. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This company is wonderful solved our problem in such a short time!! Highly recommend
I am So happy with the service ! I wanted an estimate for a sewer line replacement. Tech was here Quick ! They were out the next morning. Not on time, but Early !!! The crew got to work Immediately. Very professional & friendly, respectful. They worked together like a team. Had a Master Plumber on site to supervise…
After you left I called brownie’s and they came and got rid of the roots. You can now come back with the camera and check to see if the lines are clear. I look forward to hearing back from you.
Nick and his helper were excellent. They did a great job. Very happy that he stayed around when the camera guy came since we had to put the toilet back on. They did an excellent job will definitely use Rinaldi and Nick again
We worked with five different employees over the course of finding and fixing our emergency issue. Everyone was nice, genuine, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Rainaldi team.
Rainaldi was quick to respond to my home plumbing emergency, professional and communicative the whole way through. From the day I called explaining that I'd had a massive leak to the day they diagnosed the problem and gave me optoins, to the single day they re-piped the entire house, that time spanned less than a…
I called this plumbing service after having a bad experience with a local plumber who made me feel uncomfortable. These guys couldn't have been more professional, which was a nice change from what I had experienced before. The office staff was very nice and they provided me a competitive rate to do both the…
Update Jan/2025 - Alberto did a terrific job! We were hearing some noises a few years after interior repiped, still under warranty. Rainaldi sent Alberto out. Alberto did not hesitate to climb up into the attic and fix the problem. He was polite and competent, and careful to clean everything up. Previous review:…
Cole did a great job. Very professional & friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Gary from plumbing and Brandon from HVAC were courteous, on time and communicated with me when they were on their way. They both listened to what I was looking for and we even had little time just to chew the fat. Highly recommend both Gary and Brandon. Thank you.
Rinaldi Home Service was top notch very professional, answered any questions I had during new sewer line install. I will use them again and highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.
Very honest and reliable. Sent them to my parents for plumbing issues I always use them for my ac and I would highly recommend them
I highly recommend Rainaldi Home Services especially for plumbing issues. We had 3-jobs done. The plumbers are fantastic and reasonably priced.
Eric was great and was a huge help and very friendly
Eric was absolutely a blessing. To come out on a holiday.
Work was done promptly and professionally. The rate charged was very fair compared to others I had called earlier. Would definitely use this company again.
I’m a local Orlando real-estate investor with multiple rental properties in town. Rainaldi Plumbing has completed multiple full house RE-pipes and drain line repairs on my multi-family properties. Adam, Hunter and Richard are first on the scene with a plan that is thorough and a price that is fair, followed by…
We had a sewer backup in our house. Gavin at Rainaldi was at the house within an hour! Quickly cleared our main sewer line. Professional, friendly, outstanding service. I will call Gavin for all my future plumbing needs!
Hunter was amazing from the first phone call, he showed up in less than an hour and was very personable. The crew arrived the next day and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They left no mess and assured my parents were good before exiting. I would highly, highly recommend for any services.
Very responsive on short notice and were very thorough. Been using Rainaldi for a decade and they always come through with great service. Highly recommended.
There was a block-up in the sewage line in the townhouse building I'm in where the water started coming up through the shower drain and toilet(very gross). A 15' snake wasn't reaching the blockage so I sent a service request super late at night and Jessica called me first thing the following morning. She was…
Thank you so much for your great service!! Teresa at the office was so thoughtful and really cared about my problem. Eric, the technician was very polite and offered other solutions for my issue. I am very impressed with your service!
Workers were extremely polite and courteous! Very attentive and professional!! Quality of work and clean up was EXCELLENT!!!
We have been dealing with plumbing issues for two years. No showers or toilets in our house. So many inspectors and companies came to our house. We ended up getting our drain lines completely redone outside and inside by Steve and his team. They were on time every time, kept the mess super clean, very nice,…
Second time using Rainaldi and both times their employees were beyond impressive. Very thorough evaluation and explanation of my options. Both times I worked with them they arrived on time or earlier than estimated and they notified when workers we on their way. I tried 3 other plumbers previous to Rainaldi and…
I highly recommend Rainaldi plumbing to be first on your list to care for your plumbing needs. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest and very skilled at what they do. Unlike a previous company I used, Rainaldi accurately diagnosed my intermittent sewer line problem and then made the properr repairs at a…
Had a couple of guys come out to repair a clog in somewhere in our lift station. These guys were awesome, professional, explained every step of the process. Wish I could remember their names so I could give them a shout out. Would thoroughly recommend! I actually understand our plumbing now which is a huge plus
Technicians (Lee & Hunter) were friendly, professional and prompt to resolve our problem.
John and Nick are the best! They both went above and beyond for me and my home. They worked non-stop to get my problem identified and resolved.. I'm happy you sent them to me! The Ladies in the office are friendly, patient and kind. From start to finish I always have a wonderful experience with Rainaldi! Thank you!
When he was on time they were very helpful they fit me in at the last minute notice their employee was nothing more than courteous and respectful so I appreciate it greatly and I would recommend them to anyone did ask me for a person to come to thank you Rinaldi
My toilet wouldn't flush and it was backing up into my adjacent shower stall. Then, the toilet on the opposite side is the house wouldn't flush and toilet drainage was backing up into the bathtub.
Cole was my service man he was very thorough and super kind. I'd recommend him and this company any time!
The tech Eric was very nice and professional. He did his job well and fast. I fell very satisfied about his service. Will recommend him to my friends when they need the same fix work.
Sewer line was clogged, Service person was polite, but didn't solve the problem. He left my house with the drains still clogged. I had to call another plummer to repair the problem. It took him about 30 minutes to fix it. Renaldi was here for over an hour and accomplished nothing for a $275 bill.
Thank you Mr David was very good to the end If I need you guys please send Mr David
