I had a leak and they did come quickly. But, we paid about $1700 for a toilet. We had another toilet replaced about a1 year earlier, and same brand, for $375. Way too much money for a toilet. But, they got me because my leak started at about 8 pm. And they tried to get me to use a “dryer” company to fix my bathroom…

We snapped a pipe while demo’ing our kitchen and Kallel came out to fix it. He was very kind and proficient. The visit was only $39 to show up, but $200 just to cap a pipe - which took less than a half hour.

Devon was very professional. Gave me fixed pricing before doing the work. Uncloged my toilet and cleaned out my kitchen drain. Was very careful with my kitchen rug and left the house as he found it. Has a 30 day warranty. I would use their services again.
The team replaced bolts on the tank. They also repaired an unexpected leak from the pvc pipe and replaced the wax ring. The team was thorough and professional. They cleaned the work space before departing.
