They were very prompt with communication, scheduling and lining up the appointment. The Plumber that came to the house was very informative and respectful of our home. My only concern was the cost - over $600 for an hour (or less) On site to replace the wax seal was overpriced. Great service otherwise.
Chris B was our tech today. Very professional in every way. He answered all our questions we asked of him and he went as far as to give us several suggestions. Thank you again Chris B.
Jesse was awesome! Definitely call him for any issues.
Service was provided by Jonathan Manglardi. Arrived promptly. Neat in appearance. Very personable .Worked on two ac units. Clear explanation of the work performed. Reasonable fee. No upcharges. Rinaldi has performed plumbing and ac work at our various properties. Very responsive. Easy appt making. Quality work.
Our technician, Roderick, was very knowledgeable and personable. Not overly pushy, like some techs with some companies are. Just factual "this is what the problem is, this is why this thing works this way, this is what I recommend to fix it" etc. While I wasn't expecting it to cost *quite* so much, that's just how…
Technician Chris was excellent and efficient, price was more than I expected.
Fast and exceptionally professional
Our technician was Chris B. And he was awesome. We needed help for something I had dropped down the drain and toilet that wouldn’t stop running. So many technicians and companies now try to upsell you. That’s not this tech or this company. They worked my problem with no extra. Highly recommend this tech and company.

Great service and knowledge. Will always call Rainaldi
This company is awesome, from Sherry in the office who was excellent and all the repair men were polite, knowledgeable, and were very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
Rainaldi's plumber was quick and efficient and informative. They were my third try for someone who could come out late at night and I would use them again.
We have had some ongoing plumbing issues. First thought call Rainaldi Home Services. We had some bandaid repairs over the last few weeks. If we knew sooner it just took the right guys we would have requested them from the start. HIGHLY SUGGEST & RECOMMEND Devon & Cole. Both guys showed up and worked diligently to…
My tech that came named Lee (I think) was very professional and very knowledgeable. If I could ask for him when ever I needed Rinaldi I would be a hapoy camper. He was very pleasant and fixed my problem.
Great experience. Very nice young man.
Great experience from start to finish. Lee was very professional, timely & got the job done. I am new to the area & happy to call Ranaldi’s my new plumbers. Thank you!
The technician was thorough and explained the issue completely. Will use Rainaldi again.
We had a stopped up toilet at my mother's home. She is 95 years old and recovering from a broken hip, so we were anxious to get her toilet repaired. Rinaldi not only responded, but had a technician out there right away. Gavin was pleasant, polite, professional, and had the issue taken care of in a timely manner,…
After being told at 9am I was next, he showed up at 1 pm....smart idea to send the good-looking guy. Hey Nick!!
I was told a wet vac would be available to clean up the overflow water that was on bathroom floor. The technician did not have one available.
Technician arrived as soon as he could and fixed the issue. Great service!
Easy and helpful setting the appointment. Gavin Yurick was outstanding! Explained everything, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. We've seen the Rinaldi trucks and thought we'd give it a try. Very happy. Keep up the good work!
Overpriced for the service we got!!
cleared drain
Had service tech Cole out to fix a drain issue. He was very professional and courteous, identified issue quickly, and was able to efficiently clear the drains that are original install from circa 1962/63. Would absolutely recommend Cole for future services! Was inexpensive, especially for a same day w/in 2 hours of…
High price, but the service man was friendly and honest.
Devon was super nice, professional, explained everything to where I could understand it and answered additional questions I have. Fixed all issues in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will use again if ever needed.
Shaun was very positive, quick, and helpful.
Tim Smith performed service and he did a professional job, No issues and would rate him 5 stars
My toilet wouldn't flush and it was backing up into my adjacent shower stall. Then, the toilet on the opposite side is the house wouldn't flush and toilet drainage was backing up into the bathtub.
Thank you for all of your work! I'm so glad my toilet doesnt leak anymore!
The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable and cleaned out my toilet very quickly. It is now working perfectly.

Absolutely awesome company to do business with. Fair prices, prompt, friendly, knowledgable service from scheduling to completion. Our technician, Cole, was superb.
Service was excellent. Hunter was my repairman and he was excellent! Went above and beyond on all three repairs.
From the point of contact, Daija, who was wonderful, acted quickly and with Professionalism and kindness, to the Plumber Eric who was fast with an emergency, professional, kind and knowledgable. With a stressful situation, the level of worry came down since having a compitant and nice pro, Eric, knew what to do.…
Frank was awesome!! He went above and beyond. I would recommend him to everyone.
Very helpful but did not try to oversell. I appreciate the honesty and thoughtfulness.
My review will be fairly short because my experience with Rainaldi was perfect. The technician, Nick was a gentleman and was practicing covid-19 safety which was very much appreciated. Nick looked over the situation saw what I needed explained it thoroughly gave me options did the work cleanly without leaving any…

Hunter was on time, cordial and had a really great attitude. He was very professional, fixed my toilet and installed a new disposal in the kitchen. This is my first time using Rainaldi but definitely not the last. Definitely five stars!
Technician was extremely professional and friendly. He was on time and did a wonderful job in a very reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend both him and Rainaldi Home Services.
Hunter arrived on time and was incredibly helpful! The toilet at my house has never flushed right, ever since we moved in. Finally got approval from the landlord to have a professional come look at it and I hired this company. Hunter cleared the toy (?!?) from the toilet pipes, and made sure it was fully clear. He…
Buyer beware. I used Rainaldi Plumbing to repair my toilet. They charged me $377 for 30 minutes of time. I checked Home Depot and the repair kit is max $78. Check HomeAdvisor for an honest plumber.
Hunter was exceptionally patient and listened to all my concerns about several areas of the house. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He cleared my lines promptly and efficiently. He repaired my toilet. After 24 years of repairs in 3 houses in Orlando, I was very impressed with his skill and…
Billy did a great job with the repairs that we needed done in our home. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and got the job done in minimal time. We are very pleased with the work he did. Thank you, Billy!
