These guys are way too expensive. $459 to check for a Freon leak. Come on!!!! Way too outrageous for my check book. Took 3 visits from the company to figure out the unit was low on Freon. They got me 1st with a supposedly bad capacitor. $348 right there. Problem fixed? Wrong. Then my drain pipe from the inside unit…
I received a photo of the water heater tech before he arrived. Considering that we had no hot water, they made it a priority to get a prompt visit. The water heater was thoroughly checked out for all its components, and fortunately, the problem turned out to be the Duke Energy's energy-wise box. Duke energy will be reimbursing all my plumbing expenses.

I called to get a diagnostic review of our tankless hot water system which stopped working a few weeks earlier. The technician was able to quickly resolve and promised to send a quote for replacement system since ours is 10+yrs old.
