Great, fast and friendly service. Very professional and easy to set up.
These guys are way too expensive. $459 to check for a Freon leak. Come on!!!! Way too outrageous for my check book. Took 3 visits from the company to figure out the unit was low on Freon. They got me 1st with a supposedly bad capacitor. $348 right there. Problem fixed? Wrong. Then my drain pipe from the inside unit…
I received a photo of the water heater tech before he arrived. Considering that we had no hot water, they made it a priority to get a prompt visit. The water heater was thoroughly checked out for all its components, and fortunately, the problem turned out to be the Duke Energy's energy-wise box. Duke energy will be reimbursing all my plumbing expenses.
Jessie and the team we’re fantastic! Very professional, explained everything well and quick! The new hot water tank looks and works great and we very happy!
Puntual and problem solved in a timely manner.
Excellent service.
The technician Roderick Wallace from Rainaldi Home Services did a great job detecting the issue my AC had and fixed too. He is very knowledgeable and professional!! Thanks for your great work!!
Company is very professional and reliable… tech was also upfront explaining fees before completing the work.
On time, very knowledgeable, shared a lot of good information, answered ALL of our questions, offered future assistance if needed. Appeared to be very trustworthy and looking out for our best interest.
I called to get a diagnostic review of our tankless hot water system which stopped working a few weeks earlier. The technician was able to quickly resolve and promised to send a quote for replacement system since ours is 10+yrs old. He was very courteous and provided detailed answers to my questions causing the problem and next steps going forward.
Gary, Tech was professional and able to diagnose and repair quickly.
My experience with this company was excellent from the first Contact to completion of the work. I was notified when the technician was going to be dispatched as well as received notification of who the technician was and when they would arrive. Matt was very friendly professional and polite. He was very respectful…
Excellent service provided five stars
Prompt, efficient, reasonable rates.
Worked with Andre. Very professional and diligent.
Gary was quite knowledgeable and a hard worker who doesn’t give up. Accomplished all of the things I asked him to fix and did so in record time.
Wonderful Frank was extremely helpful!!!
Gary from plumbing and Brandon from HVAC were courteous, on time and communicated with me when they were on their way. They both listened to what I was looking for and we even had little time just to chew the fat. Highly recommend both Gary and Brandon. Thank you.
The job took a few days because there was more to do exchanging hot water heaters and getting them running. A new tank had a valve defect. Alberto brought a second new tank. He showed me photos and videos of what I could not view personally. Alberto and his assistant were careful not to do any damage carrying tanks…
Once again Rainaldi came through. When mom’s AC unit stopped working they had Dale out the next day to give us an estimate on a new system. The price seemed fair so we set a date for th3 install. When the day arrived Danny and his partner showed up and even with the many surprises that an old house brings they…
Contacted Rainaldi for a leaking water heater on a Sunday morning at 6:45 AM. The after hours answering service representative took down my info. and sent a technician who confirmed his ETA. He provided some options to repair or replace the heater. I went ahead with the repair and I’m satisfied with the outcome .…
We have lived in Orlando for 28 years and in our current home 25 years. Over that time we have used 3-4 Plumbing Services. Rainaldi is far and away the absolute best plumbing service we have used anytime or anywhere. They have a real person answer the phone and they provide prompt service, many times the same day.…
We were serviced in a wonderful way -- from Stan coming to assess our situation, to Adam giving us a fair estimate, to Cody and him team of four doing the actual repiping. The whole process covered only a couple days. Great service. Friendly people. They saw additional needs that we had and took care of them as well.
Excellent response time. Great employees, and reasonably priced
Great service
I'm disabled and your company was efficient and fast and outstanding work. The best repair service and reasonable priced
Update: Found out that on top of not doing what was said when scheduling appointment (I.e. Plumbing inspection fee), they also stuck a large sticker claiming to have serviced my AC handler. When I went to replace the filter found a big "serviced by Rainaldi" sticker stuck onto the unit. So in addition to not doing…
Very good service and good skill
The folks at Rainaldi are incredible! They were fast and efficient and the technician was helpful, nice and had a great attitude!
My technician, Kallel, was fantastic! He was very professional and punctual. At one point, Kallel had to run out to get supplies for the install and was going to be delayed. He texted me with his new ETA which is unheard of in this industry. I highly recommend this company and definitely recommend Kallel.
Highly recommend Rinaldi. The service was awesome, the technician Jesse is outstanding. My husband and I felt very comfortable. We had an old leaky water heater, he gave us a couple options. Once we decided he came the next day and had it done in a few hours. Thanks for being so professional and honest, will always use rinaldi!!
Very good service
Rainaldi’s Plumbing and Home Service are the BEST service and repair for our water heater. They were in and out in a couple hours and did a very handsome job. The plumber, Brad was most excellent in his service and repair. Good people you can TRUST.
Great service and very professional+friendly. Everything was done quickly and with a smile. Was visiting my grandparents when the water heater started to leak (of course the day i was leaving). Brad made my grandfather feel comfortable, which is a big deal given previous bad experiences. People don't always know…
The team was such a breeze to work with - highly recommend. Quick service, same day - and extremely knowledgeable. Will use for all my future needs as well.
Great work, great service, fast - will definitely use again!
We called Rainaldi to repair a leak on the water heater. They scheduled a tech out within 2 days. He called when he was 30 minutes out and arrived as stated. José was professional, gave us an honest and fair estimate and completed the job with 15 minutes. This was one of three companies we called for comparison in…
Rinaldi’s is very responsive and accommodating. John is very knowledgeable and easy to connect with. He worked on my water heater and repaired it within an hour. Will definitely use them again in the future and will request John whenever possible.
Jose was fantastic! He came out and diagnosed our failing water heater. He returned with a replacement water heater and also updated the piping/connections while explaining to us exactly what he was doing and how everything worked so that we will know in case of an emergency. He was also extremely personable and…
We recently had our water heater replaced by Brad and he was very professional, polite, and thorough. It was not an easy job due to the heater’s location and Brad was amazing! The woman who made the appointment for us (Naomi I think?) was just as courteous and very sweet. After the install Brad was kind enough to…
Vety efficient work done in a timely manner which is what I expect of Rainaldi. Have been using their services for years
Andre was very kind, knowledgable and professional. Id highly recommend this business. Reasonably priced.
THIS COMPANY RESPONDS QUICKLY AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. TWO DIFFERENT TECHS WORKED THE JOB AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. PARTS WAS COVERED BY WARRANTY SO I PAID FOR LABOR WHICH COST OVER SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A LITTLE OVER ONE HOURHOURS. IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND THE PART. THEY ACTUALLY DID NOT KNOW WHERE…
I was having issues with maintaining the hot water temperature in my home. Upon calling Rainaldi I wad greeting kindly and in a professional manner. I explained my issue and they told me a technician would be available to come by the following day and I would be notified approximately 30-45 minutes prior to their…
Jose was efficient and knowledgeable! Highly recommend them!
The technician did a great job at identifying the issue and doing a diagnostic to see if it could be repaired. Not only did he determine the issue and fix it, he did so at the lowest cost. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also came in wearing a mask and maintained his distance. We felt very safe and in good hands. Thank you!!!
John was our technician and immediately provided confident expert advice. He noticed immediately what was wrong, including areas we had not noticed. He was extremely patient with our insurance process and helped guide us along the way. We highly recommend John and Rainaldi Plumbing. Our experience was phenomenal…
