I received a photo of the water heater tech before he arrived. Considering that we had no hot water, they made it a priority to get a prompt visit. The water heater was thoroughly checked out for all its components, and fortunately, the problem turned out to be the Duke Energy's energy-wise box. Duke energy will be reimbursing all my plumbing expenses.

My technician, Kallel, was fantastic! He was very professional and punctual. At one point, Kallel had to run out to get supplies for the install and was going to be delayed.
