Had Mike out to fix our ductless unit that another company did wrong. Mike was great! Friendly and honest in what needed to be done. After he saw what was wrong he ordered parts and then when they arrived came to install. They also worked with my hectic work schedule which was amazing. I will definitely only use this company for any future needs.

Daniel came to find the leak in our hvac system and repair it. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He went over everything with me including showing me where the leak was found. I will continue to use Ranger because of the employees like Daniel and the ones I have worked with in the past.

Daniel came out to our almost 100 year old house and helped re-imagine the duct work nightmare of previous owners past. He was informative, quick and prompt to our appointment. Also his relocation of the furnace exhaust made a constant eye sore a distant memory. 11/10.

Mike arrived onetime and diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts ordered for a return visit. When installed, we purchased the extended warranty for parts and labor. This would have been pricey without it.

Our technician from Ranger arrived on time, answered our questions, explained the problem and was able to make the necessary repairs while he was here.

We had a complete communicating Daikin Heat pump, coil and furnace. The install went very smooth and the system turned out great. Very professional crew and they went above and beyond to make sure it was installed properly and that we were happy with the work.

Donny came out to our house only a few days after a busy holiday weekend when our heat-pump quit working properly. He replaced the capacitor and got our system up and running in no time without any attempts to upsell. He suggested some simple maintenance tips and left us feeling reassured

All of the people I have dealt with at Ranger heating have always been knowledgeable and honest with me about my options. And the Ranger guard program is Wonderful. Edit to add: after several years of dealing with This company I STILL RECOMMEND them. During the heat wave my AC went out and they were able to get it fixed with in 36 hours of my call.

It really depends on how this current situation works out. I originally purchased the system 5 years ago and today it is not working. They are saying the repairs are 1/3 the cost of the whole system and it may be cheaper to buy a whole system.
