Initial frustration turn out great. Contacted company on Saturday for 9:00 A.M Sunday appointment. Received confirmation showing a different time for 6:00 P.M. Unable to reach until Sunday, but it works out. Tech came out on Sunday morning on time. Respectful, knowledgeable, found issue with thermostat and we're back in business.

Great experience; arrived in the time frame provided with a heads up they were en route, & Mike performed a miracle on our thermostat 🙌🏼 Mike was straightforward & efficient, & super nice. Thank you!

All of the people I have dealt with at Ranger heating have always been knowledgeable and honest with me about my options. And the Ranger guard program is Wonderful. Edit to add: after several years of dealing with This company I STILL RECOMMEND them. During the heat wave my AC went out and they were able to get it fixed with in 36 hours of my call.

Brandon promptly responded to our emergency heating need. He went above and beyond to ensure my 85 year old parents had heat after the furnace did not work after a storm power outage. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Very professional tech, replaced the fried thermostat and furnace board for us, and took care of running fresh wiring as well. I loved the gps tracking on his truck to figure out exactly when he’d arrive, and we always got plenty of feedback on the issue status & costs. Will continue using them for all of our furnace & AC needs.
