I recommend this company 100%. Troy always shows up when scheduled, investigates pest activity and finds new and innovative ways to find/treat pests while keeping in mind the safety of me, my pet and my property. He answers any questions and concerns completely. He goes above and beyond with every visit and keeps my home pest free!

Excellent service!! Troy was professional, pleasant and on time - he successfully assessed and eliminated our giant hornet problem in just one visit! I’ve found my go to pest control company! We called Raven for a Yellow Jackets nest at our home. They came out within 24 hours to take a look at the problem and propose treatment. Carl was able to take care of the issue quickly and completely. We couldn’t have been happier with the communication, promptness, nor the professionalism. Thank you!

Not only did they respond quickly to my request (Monday), they were able to inspect (Wednesday) and start treatment (Friday) quickly as well. Carl was dispatched to my property and I truly do not know how to put…

We had a hornet nest on the roof of a townhouse, which Troy destroyed. He was very efficient, professional and thorough, and he returned a week after the first treatment to finish the removal. We had a pleasant coversation about the process and the activity in the residual portion of the nest.
Service was excellent, Troy explained everything and did a great job! I highly recommend them
Called them on a Friday evening about wasps in my home. They came Saturday morning, found the problem and got rid of them, then followed up at a later date to seal the chimney and ensure the job was completed. Fantastic work and I will use them again if I need pest control services.
We had a large European Wasp infestation in a wall of our historic home. They did a treatment, came back in a week to check that the nest was not active. After we cut an access hole, Troy helped us remove the nest entirely. Troy was an excellent technician! We highly recommend and would use them again!!!
I was extremely impressed. Troy found the yellow jacket nest quickly, explained situation in detail, acted quickly. One week follow up. Will recommend to others. Thanks- Bridget- Parkville
