These guys are good. They have the newest and latest equipment and provide additional treatments normally not included with just a steam carpet cleaning. It came in with their UV lights and Accurately located everywhere where my dogs have contributed to the carpet’s uncleanliness. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning my carpets, but they also stretched the carpet in a couple of rooms, eliminating wrinkles and making everything look smooth and professionally installed again. They even cleaned an area rug, and the results were incredible. Everything looked fresh, spotless, and like new. I honestly didn't think my carpets and rug could look this good again. Years of wear, traffic, and everyday use completely disappeared. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of their work exceeded all my expectations. Their initial consultation was extremely thorough, making sure that they flagged all the problem areas for an accurate estimate on the cleaning and carpet replacement. Hameed provided me with many options based on my budget and what made the most sense for places to clean vs replace. Both prices for replacement and cleaning were very reasonable and I was actually surprised at the low price of replacement. The day of the scheduled work they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the carpet and it looks spectacular. We ended up only replacing carpet, but with as thorough as they were I know their cleaning service would’ve been great too. We did run into a hiccup with scheduling and Hameed made sure we didn’t have any delays in our services. Very grateful for him bending over backwards for us to make sure we remained on time with getting our house ready to go on the market.
