Amazing job restoring two extremely dirty sofas from years of pets and kids. Will definitely use again and highly recommend
Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Care did an absolutely phenomenal job with the furniture at our sorority house! Keeping high-traffic, heavily used communal furniture clean is no small feat, but their team was extraordinarily detail-oriented from start to finish. They brought new life into pieces we thought…
They took the time to explain their cleaning process, which was very thorough. When they were finished, our sofa looked new. I highly recommend red rock for upholstery cleaning
They were very detailed and my furniture looks brand new
These guys are good. They have the newest and latest equipment and provide additional treatments normally not included with just a steam carpet cleaning. Upon completion, the carpets had their original fluff restored. Red Rocks were on time and professional. I could not have been happier with their performance. DF. Littleton CO.
Fantastic company! Professional, punctual, fairly priced, and great communicators end to end from scheduling the consultation to explaining the process/products used. Very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use their services again. Thanks Red Rocks Carpet and Upholstery for saving me from having to buy a new couch :)
My light griege couch is about 5 years old and was over due for a cleaning after our move. The team is careful, communicative, and thorough. And the couch looks brand new!!! Thank you.
Explained every step of the process and made sure we were happy with the results at each step. Showed up on time and finished on time.
We get an annual cleaning of our Upholstery and carpeting and this company does a fantastic job! I highly recommend them.
Communication was good except for the “surprise” environmental fee that was added on to the final invoice. It would be better if they informed you ahead of time rather than the day of service. They cleaned a sofa and a chair for us. They arrived on time and explained the process, type of equipment, etc, etc,b…
Great work, will continue to be a repeat customer
Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning is the BEST Carpet Cleaning Company I have ever used! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! I have used this company for the last 7 or 8 years, and they have always done an excellent, professional job regardless of my budget! The owner, Hameed, and his crew are always nice, professional, and respectful!…
Very thorough job. My cream couch looks so much better and he got a stain out my rug. Would highly recommend!
The technicians Ahmed and Iraj, were incredibly polite and knowledgeable. They worked for several hours and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them completely. Linda Walker
My tech Ryan was a master of his craft Will definitely use again
It has been years since our last professional carpet cleaning, having relied instead on our own “Rug Doctor” shampooer to take care of any carpet problems resulting from having 2 dogs over the years. But now that they are gone, and on the recommendation of a neighbor, we had Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery…
Ahmed and Iraj did a thorough cleaning of my oriental carpets that had multiple pee stains. Removed spots on carpeting from dog that had digestive issues. Spent two hours cleaning a sectional sofa . All in all they were her for 6 hours . Kind gentlemen that love dogs and treated my house with respect. Great job!!
Wow. I have never had such an outstanding job of cleaning my carpet and upholstery. Bryan and Leon are the absolute best. They are friendly, through and explained the entire process before beginning. They worked for six hours straight and did a unsurpassed job of cleaning and customer service. I am so glad i hired…
Service was great and the cleaners were polite and friendly. Definitely recommend.
We spilled a cup of coffee on our white couch and Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Care got it completely out. Incredible! It looks brand new. The team communicated well, they were easy to work with, very knowledgeable and did a detailed job. I would highly recommend!
The service was extremely polite, respectful and very professional along with Doing a fantastic clean job
My experience with Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning was great! Communication was super easy and we got scheduled right away. Ham was very professional and respectful. This was my first upholstery cleaning experience, but I was impressed with how mindful they were about moving our furniture and wiping down the floor when finished.
They were so attentive to details and did an amazing job! I highly recommend!
The customer service we received from Hammed is above and beyond our expectations. My only advice, request Hammed specifically for your carpet cleaning and upholstery needs, he’s professional and it’s clear he values his work and stands behind his business 100%
Hamm and his team at Red Rocks were friendly and professional. We had a big job and they worked hard and efficiently. We had a number of trouble spots and they did extra work on those. It all looks fantastic. We had a couple of odd stains that we weren't happy with but we called them the next day and Red Rocks sent…
Ham and his team were terrific. Prompt, communicative, very thorough and still efficient. Their tools were clean and designed specifically for the different items we had cleaned. Definitely several notches in quality above the national brands/franchises.
I highly recommend Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning! They were very professional and did such a great job! And efficient! 10/10 recommend using them for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!
There's a reason that Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning gets so many 5-star ratings - they do a superb job at a reasonable price, and Ham and his crew are extraordinarily skilled, personable and professional. Plus, they were prompt in arrival and took every measure to be as neat as possible in performing their magic. And…
Ham and his crew are amazing! Thorough, reasonably priced, and professional. I have used them twice and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
Ham was very professional, came out the same day to look at our couch that was stained bad with juice and wasn't able to get it out but didn't charge us at all for trying so hard. Had to buy a new couch which really sucks but was still thankful for his effort. Thank you so much Ham for trying, what incredible service.
This is the service you want. Very, very clean and to every edge and in every corner. The products they use smell great too. They are consummate professionals in every aspect of their business.
Thank you guys for a great job well done. Very professional and highly recommend.
I contacted this company on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to come out the very next morning. I had them clean our dining chairs and they did an amazing job which was nice to see as I had hired a different upholstery company about 6 months ago which did a terrible job. I then had Red Rocks Carpet…
one of the best carpet guys out there, highly recommended ....
If I could give this company 10 stars I would. They were extremely professional, courteous, and responsive. Their prices are reasonable and they did and excellent job cleaning our bed, carpet and granite counter tops! I could go on and on about Ham, but you won't be taking a risk to try them out for yourself and…
We bought ivory couches a few months ago from Room & Board. They were supposed to be performance fabric/stain resistant, etc. Unfortunately they were not. Thankfully Ham & his crew were able to restore them beautifully & even recommended fabric protection we can use to prevent these stains that happen far too easily…
Ham and his team did an amazing job at rejuvenating our carpets and upholstery. They were on time, very knowledgeable and thorough. Hands down the best experience we have ever had. Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning is our go to carpet and upholstery cleaning company now!
Ham and his guys came and cleaned our large sectional sofa and a small area of travertine tile. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. Our couch looks amazing and the tile looks brand new. We would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
Courteous and helpful on the phone, and went above and beyond to take care of us. Great communication and additional information about caring for our furniture. Would definitely recommend this business.
I highly recommend using Ham for your carpet cleaning services. I was very, very happy with the results. These photos are pictures of my carpets after they were cleaned. I wish I could post the before pics. There was a large embedded mud stain at the foot of their metal bunk bed and there is not even hint of it in…
