After having my car inspected there less than a week ago, I had an urgent noise pop up near my front wheel while driving nearby. Rob squeezed me into the shop immediately, and the front desk associates were so polite, helpful, and attentive as soon as I walked in. When the initial repair didn't solve the noise due to how hard it was to diagnose, I was ready to give up on the car completely. Don went above and beyond—he convinced me to let them try the other side to get it fixed that day, and he didn't charge me extra labor for it, only the part. Replacing the second side completely solved the issue! Their honesty, kindness, and willingness to work with me when I was having a tough day meant everything. Fantastic staff across the board and fair prices. Thank you guys!

7/17/26. Still Amazing service! Not only does my entire family now bring their vehicles to Redman’s, but three years later I’m still just as happy with the service as I was from day one. Don is fantastic with customer service, he genuinely cares that everything is done right and that his customers leave happy. As a woman, I also really appreciate how comfortable, respected, and confident I feel bringing my vehicle there. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, and Redman’s has consistently earned that trust. I highly recommend them. ——————————————————————— Jared and crew took care of me and I never felt taken advantage of… customer service is 100!! Jared called after my maintenance to make sure everything was okay. I had an issue that I had to return a few times… each time they were kind, attentive and made sure the issue was corrected. 10 out of 10 will go back again to take care of my vehicle needs.
Don first off is amazing , and don’t get me started on the front desk and the mechanics there, had a transmission put in , and it sadly was a dud but they made sure to reorder one, and are working on it as I write this . Just want to give a huge props too the crew for being on top of everything. The job isn’t easy it gets hot and things get heavy. But they always get the job done and are in great moods . Also don has a pretty badah Camaro ss(pssssst me too) ;)! 10/5 stars also pricing is amazing
Had a custom exhaust installed, outstanding work! Don and his crew are awesome! Don was super meticulous and honored pricing even though the job him longer than expected and he stayed late past closing to finish everything up. I will be recommending Redman’s to all my family and friends, couldn’t have had a better experience.
