I’ve gotten massages most of my life. After getting 2 massages from Tanya, I had to book a massage for my husband. Tanya is amazing! She gives a thorough massage focusing on target areas. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I have spinal stenosis in my lower back and neck and a repaired shoulder from an accident, my pain can get intense. I was referred to Andy by a friend because I was looking for lymphatic drainage massage as well. I cannot tell you enough what a life transition it has been for my day to day life. The compression pain is nearly non existent, unless I go overboard with my physical activities. My inflammation is diminishing.
I joined the monthly membership for extra savings so I can enjoy the benefits every month. Andy is a true professional and a great conversationalist, for those like me that like to talk. I encourage you to try Refresh Massage and Bodywork. You won’t be disappointed!!!

It went well, other than I couldn’t bring up my coupon because of no Internet or WiFi but that’s on me. She took care of me and actually didn’t over do it to where I’ll be sore tomorrow. Had that happen and if they don’t know what they are doing or don’t listen , it sorta defeats the purpose. Place was clean. Very professional. I got the 60 min relaxation massage and I was relaxed!!!
