Todd Bianchi was very Knowledgeable and Professional. He got my hot water and boiler system running efficiently. However, I felt as though this flame/ heat sensor should have been addressed when a Reimer Tech was at my house on 1/26. I called for the same issue Low Flame/ Flame Failure.
Woke up this morning with no heat. Reimer was able to come right out. Service tech Zana did a fantastic job. He inspected and cleaned everything. He also showed and explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Reimer and Zana in particular.
