Was having issues with my furnace. They came out the very next day and checked it out. Turns out I had a cracked heat exchanger and the furnace had to be replaced. They replaced at the same day in a very timely manner.

Todd Bianchi was very personable and knowledgeable and we really appreciated him coming after it had already been a very long day for him. He still had to do another call after us. He completed the routine maintenance, found one problem and he will be researching how to get the right part for a very old boiler combo unit.

I’ve worked with Reimer (formerly Advanced Heating) in the Rochester area for years now and will continue to do so.
