Patrick from Reimer Heating and Cooling was terrific. He explained the importance of clean filters for both the AC and furnace. (I had always thought that the filter was just for the furnace!). He was efficient and respectful of my property. He showed me photos and reviewed his findings. I could not have had a more satisfactory service call.

Woke up this morning with no heat. Reimer was able to come right out. Service tech Zana did a fantastic job. He inspected and cleaned everything. He also showed and explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Reimer and Zana in particular.
