Patrick from Reimer Heating and Cooling was terrific. He explained the importance of clean filters for both the AC and furnace. (I had always thought that the filter was just for the furnace!). He was efficient and respectful of my property. He showed me photos and reviewed his findings. I could not have had a more satisfactory service call.
Good experience went well tech was friendly and well informed
My recent AC cleaning experience was pleasant, as expected with Reimer. Thanks Nate B. for your assistance!

Called and received comprehensive service within 24 hrs!! In the age of questionable customer service the office staff and technician were GREAT. Now my family is ready for the remaining winter.
Very nice person explained very detailed of the problem of my furnace.
Not a fan of Reimer. Charlie, As discussed on the phone a bit ago...... It took a lot of integrity to reach out this morning. Thank you for that. Being a professional myself, if I were unfairly judged, would have done the same. We retract everything stated about you from the service visit yesterday. You were not…

Woke up this morning with no heat. Reimer was able to come right out. Service tech Zana did a fantastic job. He inspected and cleaned everything. He also showed and explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Reimer and Zana in particular.

Joe Strange went above and beyond! Great asset to this company! Wonderful polite knowledgeable work ethic! Highly recommend!!! He also really helped out. I had called another company who charged a ton of money to literally hammer on the furnace. He came in diagnosed. It was kind of my family, respectful highly - highly recommended.
We've been dealing with Reimer since they took over the HVAC company we were using, High Performance. Nate was amazing he did everything in his power to get us approved for our loan and the payments are very manageable even on a low budget I would recommend them any time so much better than certain other companies also both John and Nick whom installed the furnace were amazing as well highly recommend them
Nate was knowledgeable, efficient, and an effective communicator.
Really timely service call. Joe diagnosed my issue quickly and had my furnace working in no time. I’ve worked with Reimer (formerly Advanced Heating) in the Rochester area for years now and will continue to do so. I get consistent service and fair rates and I like that I see the same techs year over year.
Sean was thorough, patient and professional. A real pleasure to work with.
The tech that came out was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Now I need to make a decision on which system to with.
I had a furnace check up by James Jenks on 10 November 2025 where he was through in doing the check up in a timely matter. He spent around a hour which was enough time to get everything done. I am thankful for it was early & I still had time to do other things. I am thankful for Reimer Home Services for they have…
